2 reviews This is a wonderful place. Our family of four (me, my wife, and our two daughters age 21 and 17) stayed for a week in August 2016. The three things we liked most about the house are that it is a close walk to a great beach and it has a marvelous roof deck and the kitchen is great for cooking. We had guests who came down for the day and there was plenty of room to make everyone feel comfortable. This is a wonderful beach house, Also, Chathsm Vacatuon Rentals was super easy to work with. They are real pros and were super accommodating when travel delayed our arrival and they were a pleasure to work with.

This house has worked out well for my family needs for the past two summers. I have one negative comment and constructive recommendation ... please have someone clean the air conditioning ducts. If you inspect the registers, you will be able to see that the system is in need of a good cleaning. Unfortunately, those of us with allergies are sensitive to the dust.
The appointments in this house are very nice and suitable. A fun place to be on the Cape. By the way, I have been vacationing at the Cape in various places and enjoying them all for over 40 years!
