This place knows how to cook vegetables - they are abundant and crisp and well-spiced. We were disappointed in how rundown the facility has become - the women's restroom was very shabby, and the outside looks dumpy. The Mexican food is still excellent. I had the jambalaya, which featured spicy sausage, tender shrimp, and blackened chicken. My husband had the spinach and mushroom enchiladas and both the spinach and the mushrooms were abundant and superb.
