We frequent the Cape yearly and have stayed in many B & Bs. However, this was absolutely the best time myself, husband, and three girls have had. Martin is accommodating, warm, informative, and hospitable. The Manor is clean, well decorated, up to date and is ideally located. From extra beach towels, umbrellas, big breakfasts, cookies, tea, to numerous other amenities not mentioned on the website, we look forward to staying there again around Christmas time. Martin made my children feel at home, treating them as family. The staff is very attentive to needs to the point of not even needing to ask. They are extremely warm and friendly.

The Host make you feel welcome like you are family. the location is spot on when you want to be a beach goer and chill and if you want to hit the town a short walk to main st. Martin will even give you a ride if you ask. The rooms are very nice, clean and big enough for comfort. this is a solid B&B run by really good friendly folks, I have enjoyed the times I have stayed and will continue to use it as the go to place to stay while visiting Cape Cod. This is a very cool B&B...

My friend and I were staying at another B&B, which was completely disgusting. We called The Cape Cod Ocean Manor to see if they had any rooms available. Unfortunately they did not, but Martin, the owner, went out of his way to help us find another place in town to stay. Keep in mind, this was total last minute, at the end of July... The Cape's busiest time of the year... He took time out of his busy day to find us somewhere clean and affordable that we could stay for the weekend. He had us stop by his place to pick up some maps, and so he could give us directions to our new hotel. While there, he gave us a tour or The Cape Cod Ocean Manor. Needless to say we were very jealous not to be staying there! It was beautiful! Very homey and bright!! Because our new hotel was not as close to the beach as we would have liked, Martin allowed us to park our car in his personal driveway, while we were at the beach during the day, so we would not have to pay for parking. If it was not for Martin, our weekend would have been ruined!! We are so grateful for all of his kindness and help! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor next year for our girls' weekend!!

Stayed here for two nights...excellent location about 15 minute walk to the heart of Hyannis, and just a few minute walk to the beaches. This is a comfortable and clean place with a friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner in the room worked very well and the water pressure in the shower was excellent...two very important items for me. The is not a full-breakfast B and B, but the continental breakfast of muffins, cereal, fresh fruit and juice was tasty and fresh. The back of the house has a big porch that looks out on a nice salt marsh which was a great place for the morning cup of coffee or a late day glass of wine. If it wasn't for a couple of very minor housekeeping issues, I would have given this place 5 stars, which I rarely do.

My husband and I had decided to travel to Cape Cod for a relaxing weekend away and decided to stay at the Ocean Manor for two nights after visiting their website. We knew we had made the right decision as soon as we pulled into their parking lot and saw how charming it was. We were greeted right away by the owner, Martin who was so gracious and charming. He personally showed us our room which was extremely clean, had its own balcony and a beautiful view of the water. Martin and his daughter, Ashley answered all of our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat. We had a great breakfast that was loaded with choices, much more than your typical continental breakfast. There were muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee and even fresh fruit. We sat outside and ate on the large back deck that overlooks the marsh and also has an oceanview. The deck was so peaceful that we sat outside and watched the sunset both nights, you shouldn't miss the sunsets!!! The location is perfect, the beach is right across the street, you can walk to Main Street and the boats to the islands are right down road, yet its away from all of the hustle and bustle to enjoy a peaceful, romantic and relaxing vacation. We really recommend staying at the Ocean Manor, Martin, the owner is fantastic along with his daughter, Ashley and the rest of the team as well as the delicious daily breakfast and a perfect location. If you decide to vacation on Cape Cod you should experience a bed and breakfast and this should be your first choice!!!!!!

We stayed at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor after returning from a trip to Nantucket. We came in very late and the manager Martin was kind enought to make arrangements to get us into our room. We had a great sleep in a King size bed which was quite a suprise. The room was spacious, very clean and it had cable! The next morning we were greeted by Martin and the many other happy guests who were staying at the location. The breakfast was great and so was the conversation. Finally, one of the staff gave us a ride to the bus station, totally unexpected. In sum, this b and b was a great stay and great value. I highly recommend it.
