I'll be honest and say we got there just before closing and we'd had a long day. We dashed thru the visitor center and down to the bridge. The grounds are beautiful! And there are some seats here and there to enjoy the beauty on.
However there's not much on the grounds to help you connect to the history if you're not already familiar with it. There are docents that walk your thru the story but he was wrapping up when we got to the bridge.
