All is perfect: Nancy and Bill are wonderful people ready to help in everything. Rooms are furnished with taste and elegance, breakfast is gorgeous. All is absolutely clean including perfect bathroom.
Malblehead is a charming town with many things to visit.
One of the best B&b we ever went to !

I stayed in the Garden Suite and it was perfect. It was nice to have a private porch to enjoy the beautiful weather. Nancy and Bill were friendly, and very helpful in pointing out local places of interest and good places to eat. I would return in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: I did not experience the other rooms but the Garden Suite was awesome.

We usually stay at the Fairmont in Boston but we wanted a more coastal vacation this time. From now on, we will stay at Pheasant Hill instead. It was so quiet and cozy. The breakfasts were so healthy and yummy. We stayed in the birds nest suite. It was so cozy. We could see the ocean from our bedroom window and hear the waves crashing on the beach at night if we opened our window. The public indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for reading a book or just viewing nature. We will absolutely be back!

My wife and I have visited Marblehead each year for the past 7 years - always in late June or early July. We stayed at several B and Bs along the way and enjoyed each stay.
We planed to repeat at a place where we had stayed before but found that it was booked for the weekend that we selected. The proprietor there recommended the Pheasant Hill Inn, just nearby and so we thought we would give it a try. It turns out that her recommendation was a delightful discovery. Bill and Nancy (the owners) were warm, friendly, and helpful - in between maintaining the property and the surrounding gorgeous grounds - the breakfasts were excellent and varied, and the location very convenient. We stayed in one of the three rooms available - the Garden Room - so named because it features an outdoor deck space overlooking the garden. The room was spotless, had a small living room and a large bedroom with a beautiful bath and shower. We settled right in and felt pampered throughout the weekend.
The home is beautiful and you would never know that the structure was many decades old. Bill and Nancy have refreshed, refurbished, and remodeled the home over the years so that it has the feel of a new building. Gorgeous. With ample off-street parking and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and to the historic district, Pheasant Hill should be on your short list of options in Marblehead.

Room Tip: We liked the Garden Room for the exterior deck space and the garden view. All rooms have a small refrigerator and air conditioning.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in. The owners were always available and attentive to our needs. Our Garden Suite was so cute. A very comfortable sitting room with a fireplace (too warm to use it when we were there), TV, music, books, magazines, and a refrigerator is in a beautiful old Marblehead home that has been tastefully updated. More than enough space for suitcases and hanging things. We enjoyed sitting on the private porch in the evenings watching the stars and sipping our wine. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices to accompany the hot main dish - bread, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, and ham. When we left, we felt as if we had gained two new friends.

Room Tip: We only have experience with the Garden Suite. We will request it when we return.
