The resort is very near Mashpee Commons, a real plus. The indoor and outdoor pools, and the indoor and outdoor tennis courts, were very nice. The office staff was very responsive. Our 2-bedroom unit was almost exactly like that in picture 5 of 16, and I was happy to see it was a bit more spacious than the promo pictures show. But our unit was "tired": it has been maintained, but not updated, since it was built. That said, for the price, the location and facilities may be attractive for some.
The queen and twin beds in the large bedrooms upstairs were fine, but the pull-out couch in the living room was unusable, and we could not sleep 6 in the unit. The unit was generally clean, but we needed to wash out the ice trays and coffee maker before use. The refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer worked ok, but two burners on the stove were unusable. The floors and toilet seats squeaked -- disturbing at night. But the biggest irritation was that the top of the dining table was constantly "tacky," regardless of what we used and how often we cleaned it.
We would suggest to friends that they investigate this resort if it's a fit for price, accommodation and location.
