We had a few meals at Sam’s during our Cape break and really enjoyed it. Whilst it is canteen style and the furnishings are simple but the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

I go to the Cape at least once year and Seafood Sam’s is a staple of my visit! I love their Lobster Rolls and the shrimp platter is fabulous! I highly recommend it....great place for the entire family!

Hot buttered Lobster rolls done right! Lots of chunky lobster meat on the traditional New England style hot dog roll, served with a choice of sides and a pickle. My companion ordered the Lobster Bisque- he's had better. Said it was lacking in lobster meat and was a bit on the salty side. The view of the Canal is lovely.

We go all the time and love that they have a really long season when they don't have to. They open in March and don't close until November, very unusual for Cape Cod. Casual, self-serve place with out of this world deliciously fresh fish. We go for the fried scallops, butterfly shrimp, chowder and bisque although everything is wonderful. Also they do scrumptious onion rings they way they were meant to be done! Not cheap but always perfectly cooked. We have noticed the portion sizes have gotten smaller, especially with the soup's and would rather the price go up in order to maintain the generous portions you used to get. It's packed in season but the line moves fast and it's worth the wait---you can't do better anywhere. For those getting to go items, check your order before leaving to be sure you have everything as they get so slammed and sometimes the younger counter staff forget tartars etc.
