My family and I stayed at this cottage for a week to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Since we have relatives from Truro to Yarmouth this was the perfect central Cape location and I could not find a better price for comparables. I especially appreciated the close proximity (5 min) to Patriot Square, a shopping center that has a grocery store, movie theater, urgent care clinic, restaurants and retailers.
The cottage itself was perfect. I chose it mainly for the one-level floor plan so my husband and I would not have to deal with keeping our 4 and 1 year old kids from falling down a flight of stairs. Three bedrooms was more than enough room for our family of four, and the furniture was practical and sturdy so I did not have to worry about the kids breaking anything. The kitchen was spotless and easy to work in. The house was impressively stocked with extras (dish/hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, flour, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) The only thing we had to bring for ourselves were sheets (1 queen, 4 twins).
The overall feel of the cottage was warm and cheery, reminding me of the traditional cape cottages I grew up in as a child, rather than being over-the-top touristy. The central heating made sure we were comfortably warm even in November. The neighborhood was quiet surrounded by year-round homes. Since our visit was primarily to visit family we did not visit the beach, but its Cape Cod, drive 10 minutes in any direction and there you go!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the experience. The kitchen had everything we need to cook a great meal and the amenities were fine. There were 4 of us and it was comfortable sit and chat and to watch television after a long day of biking on the nearby bike paths. I have stayed at a lot of places on the Cape and most are over priced. Staying in this was the best value I have come across.
