Three of us stayed in a suite on a family visit and we were more than pleased with the accommodation and service. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the breakfast was well beyond what one expects. We would definitely return

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and must say the hotel was above our expectations for service, cleanliness and accomodating our special handicapped-equipped room. The manager, Rob Weitz, personally visited the rooms with us to ensure we were in the appropriately equipped room, and was very open to suggestions. The front desk staff (Henry especially) and the charming omelette chef were particularly friendly, but every staff member we met was above-average. We will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

We stayed here in December 2010 while under construction and it was then a Doubletree and we were very pleased then, and again over this past Thanksgiving 2011 weekend. My sons stay in another room (no-smoking) and I get my smoking room and we're all very happy. Very pleasant employees, perfect location to family in Arlington and Winchester, easy access to 128 (95) and Rte 2, great rate, good breakfast. Clean, comfortable beds and decent coffee in the restaurant. We tried to get a room during the work week at another time of year and it was cost prohibitive as well as very booked, so we went to the Garden Inn in Burlington which was also good.

We just stayed two nights at the Waltham Embassy Suites, with 4 guests and two rooms. Overall the stay was just average. The breakfast buffet was not as good as other Embassy Suites we have used (Portland Maine for example), and internet access was extra...very annoying for the cost of the room. The bathroom was low on supplies. The restaurant is pricey...but we did not eat there, so can't comment on quality. The staff was helpful, but not great. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very average experience, not up to our expectations.

This is an average Embassy Suites hotel. It has a living room with a love seat and chair, a work desk and a flat screen tv. The bedroom area, which is pretty small, has a comfortable bed with a flat screen tv. There is also a wedbar area with a small refridgerator and a microwave. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.

As a Diamond member of Hilton Honors I spend a great deal of time in Hilton properties. This is the only Embassy Suites I have encountered that did not offer free alcholic drinks during the nightly managers receptions (they offer dry snacks and non-alcholic beveraged only). In addition during my stay the restaurant was closed...which was an inconvience.

I would most likely choose another Hilton property upon my return to the area.

Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to serve complimentary alcoholic beverages which is based upon regulations set by the State of Massachusetts and not a decision by the management of the hotel.
