Stayed three nights over Thanksgiving. We were happy with the room and it met our top criteria - being clean and quiet (no road noise and central HVAC - no noisy window units). Price with AAA Discount was reasonable for the Boston suburbs area.

The free breakfast included made-to-order omlets was outstanding. However, it was extremely crowded after 9AM (the hotel was pretty full for the holiday).

Nice pool large enough to do small laps (15-20 yards?). Nice hot tub, fitness area, and laundry area.

Only disappointment was that looking out the window very very unattractive - we had a parking lot with construction materials, very few trees, and a Home Depot beyond it.

However, our priority was a clean and quiet place to stay and the hotel was definitely that.

Three of us stayed in a suite on a family visit and we were more than pleased with the accommodation and service. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating and the breakfast was well beyond what one expects. We would definitely return

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and must say the hotel was above our expectations for service, cleanliness and accomodating our special handicapped-equipped room. The manager, Rob Weitz, personally visited the rooms with us to ensure we were in the appropriately equipped room, and was very open to suggestions. The front desk staff (Henry especially) and the charming omelette chef were particularly friendly, but every staff member we met was above-average. We will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

We stayed here in December 2010 while under construction and it was then a Doubletree and we were very pleased then, and again over this past Thanksgiving 2011 weekend. My sons stay in another room (no-smoking) and I get my smoking room and we're all very happy. Very pleasant employees, perfect location to family in Arlington and Winchester, easy access to 128 (95) and Rte 2, great rate, good breakfast. Clean, comfortable beds and decent coffee in the restaurant. We tried to get a room during the work week at another time of year and it was cost prohibitive as well as very booked, so we went to the Garden Inn in Burlington which was also good.

We just stayed two nights at the Waltham Embassy Suites, with 4 guests and two rooms. Overall the stay was just average. The breakfast buffet was not as good as other Embassy Suites we have used (Portland Maine for example), and internet access was extra...very annoying for the cost of the room. The bathroom was low on supplies. The restaurant is pricey...but we did not eat there, so can't comment on quality. The staff was helpful, but not great. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very average experience, not up to our expectations.

This is an average Embassy Suites hotel. It has a living room with a love seat and chair, a work desk and a flat screen tv. The bedroom area, which is pretty small, has a comfortable bed with a flat screen tv. There is also a wedbar area with a small refridgerator and a microwave. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.

As a Diamond member of Hilton Honors I spend a great deal of time in Hilton properties. This is the only Embassy Suites I have encountered that did not offer free alcholic drinks during the nightly managers receptions (they offer dry snacks and non-alcholic beveraged only). In addition during my stay the restaurant was closed...which was an inconvience.

I would most likely choose another Hilton property upon my return to the area.

I stayed at this hotel for a training course and chose this hotel as it was the closest to where I needed to be. On the first day the free shuttle dropped me off at the wrong building (which is only 1/2 mile away). This continued through the week. The shuttle service is so disorganized and always late that i actually was helping the driver with where people needed to be dropped off by day 2 and I've never been to Waltham. I would book in the shuttle half an hour before I needed to be somewhere 5 minutes away just to get there on time.
The hotel also recommends that you use 5 star town cars. Every gentleman that picked me up would talk on their mobile phone the entire time. One gentleman kept pausing the music to talk on his mobile ( not hands free). This is the same town car service that picked me up from the hotel (arranged by the hotel) and took me to the airport, charged me $10 extra than he should have ($75) forgot his receipt book, said he would email me the receipt and the company now says they have no record of my journey. Bloody Brilliant.
The only thing that is refreshing about this hotel is Henry who works at the front desk.

On behalf of the Embassy Suites / Waltham, I apologize for not meeting your transportation expectations during your recent stay. As you know, we provide complimentary shuttle service based upon availability and the demand is such that our schedule often leaves little room for error in hopes to accommodate as many guests as possible. There have been occasions when an unforeseen circumstance affects our timeliness that has put’s us behind schedule (i.e., heavier rush hour traffic, traffic accident, inclement weather, etc) and for that, we truly apologize. We are very concerned as to why our driver was late but I can assure you that should you chose to contact me directly; we will make every effort to correct this shortcoming for the future.

In regards to “5-Star Transportation Company”, we have been very satisfied with their services in the past and they typically do great job with our guests and have always been consistent and reliable. I apologize for your poor experience with this service and we addressed your concerns with the owner of the company, who would like me to extend his apologies as well.

I also want to thank you for rating us “5 stars” on our rooms and cleanliness of the hotel. Your comments and feedback are always welcome and appreciated.
