Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She brought a beer sample and later, an extra plate so we could share our dinners. We found it to be a nice relaxing place to eat. I had the special, a Shephard's pie, and my friend had the grits dish. We both enjoyed our selections. There were televisions around the premises and one by our table, but upon being seated near it, the volume was turned down, so it wasn't distracting.
