We have stayed several times. Always a great stay. Bay View is very clean, friendly, and perfectly located. Start you day with breakfast, take off for the day, comeback hang at the pool and enjoy a beverage and take out at the outside pool. Fire pit with s'mores and the sunset. The hotel bar is perfect for a night cap, takeout, and meeting new people. Plenty of restaurants in the are to choose from and lots to do.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here! Cleanliness and comfort is extremely important to us. We were very impressed with how clean and comfortable this place was. The entire place from the lobby, the room and common areas were all well kept and orderly. The room was nice and cozy. The view out back was gorgeous and made for a relaxing place to unwind. The complementary continental breakfast was a very nice touch.

I had booked a more expensive hotel on booking.com but decided 4 days before to change it to this hotel saving more than half the cost based on the reviews. I can say it was a wise choice. Easy checkin, good staff, clean good sized bedrooms. The facility's made this place a great stay, sitting by the pool early evening after a long day out exploring then moving over to the fire pit to meet a great diverse cliental. Breakfast was adequate although very busy at certain times (plenty of staff keeping tables clean). Great location for exploring Cape cod.

Bay view Resort was great! This was mine & my boyfriend's first trip ever to Cape Cod and we picked this place based on its location; right in the middle of The Cape. The rooms were clean and what's expected of any hotel room. I was impressed with the size of the fridge; it was large enough to hold a few groceries! The service from the staff was great, the little interaction we had with them. Our FAVORITE part was the outside. Every morning we had coffee outside on the little "beach front" that over looked the peaceful marsh. The fire pit was a great touch at night after the tiki bar and outside pool closed. The inside pool and hot tub was great also! From 10-11 the pool had an adult only hour which was nice because this was my first trip without my children. The breakfast in the morning was filling and the coffee was nice and hot. The location of the resort was perfect for traveling throughout the Cape. Nothing seemed far, we were able to walk to many places and it was right on the main road. We have a wedding in a few months in Cape Cod and will be booking our overnight stay with Bayside.

This is a great hotel and very good value for the price. It is located pretty much in the center of the Cape and an easy jumping off point to anywhere on the Cape - especially the ferry services out to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, from Hyannis. Also to Provincetown and many nice beaches. (Although the immediate vicinity was not great, but it didn't matter since we did day trips all around the Cape.)

The hotel is fresh and clean, and the grounds are well maintained. The staff were nice and the rooms were always made fresh and nice. A refrigerator in the room was nice.

A real nice feature is the back of the hotel where there is a pretty view of the salt marshes from a little sandy "beach" - a wonderful place for relaxing coffee in the morning or resting place and a drink after a long day in the sun. The pools seemed nice, but that wasn't our thing.

As other reviews mentioned, this hotel is an attraction for families, and lots of children. We asked for a room that was somewhat separated from the families since we are an older couple and they gave us a great location. Most kids were well behaved, but some parents think it's okay to allow their children to run around and kick balls in the hallways of a hotel? Come on parents, teach your kids some respect.

We had a great visit and were very happy with the accommodations and would love to return.

Room Tip: If you don't have children, ask for a room away from families.
