We sat at the Open kitchen area around 9pm. The lady sous chefs were very professional and even asked us how we liked our dessert. Our male server was pretty busy, taking larger groups but did a good job with our small order. We just wanted a lounge menu but there was a GFS private party using the lounge area. So we selected a snack from the dinner menu and a Rhubarb dessert . We had Truffle Fries that came with a ketchup and house aioli. Amazing. We had just eaten at 3 other locations in Grand Rapids the same day but had to try them. Dessert was great too.
