A friend and I had lunch here, her 2nd time. The seafood chowder is always a MUST when we are there. It was good, could have been a bit warmer, but still tasty. The garlic bread was a winner as what her wrap that she ordered.

The food here is excellent and their seafood soup is out of this world. The flavors and the combination of seafood is awesome. A must stop if you have never been there..

Bone Island Grill is in a location that has been a cafe and/or bar for many years. It has a tropical theme, with inflated sharks hanging from the ceiling and seashells everywhere. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, at reasonable prices. One could wish the service was a little more attentive; even at breakfast, which doesn't pack the house, the service is slow. However, if you want a chance to chat with your dining compansions, you'll have it. The drinks are good, and they have a nice selection of Michigan craft beers (always a good option.) A sandwich here will likely leave you with a box to take home. Get said sandwich with the sweet potato fries.

This bar and grill style restaurant has a nice variety of ethnic foods including Mexican, Italian, and American such as burgers and pizza. They have a large and creative appetizer selection as well. Basic alcohol choices are available. The atmosphere is extremely loud, so if you want to have any meaningful discussion, this is not the place to go.

It was a busy Saturday evening, and we were willing to wait. The place was full, and we were enjoying ourselves. We were willing to wait for a good meal. But, that is not quite what happened. The smoked fish dip was not smoked, and tasted like tuna out of a can. My sons Cuban sandwich was a wet soggy mess, and we had to send it back. My husband was served something on a big plate that looked like soup, and it was not what he had ordered. It was overall a disappointment. Not even sure why the waitress served us the food, she even said it did not look right to her, but only after we sent it all back....
