This is an older motel, nothing fancy. It did however cover our needs. The bed was comfortable, room space is large and clean. Has a fridge, which would be nice if we were there longer than 1 night. Close to beach and downtown. Window unit air conditioner. We did not have any issues with outside noise. The price was very reasonable.

Great location. Walk to the beach or so many places downtown Ludington. Basic room. Bed, tv, fridge. No microwave or coffee pot. Very clean but a little dated. Supposed to have wifi but they don't tell you how to connect to it. Front desk completely not helpful. Great location and clean room. Pretty much a reasonably priced place to sleep without amenities or frankly a staff that cared if you were there or not. Great marks for being very clean.

Room Tip: Not sure if one is better than another here.

As other reviewers have noted, the place is very dated but the location is excellent. The air conditioner just sits in the window so we could hear the conversations of our neighbors until midnight (and they were not talking loudly). The other main complaint we have is the overly liberal use of Febreeze which has left us both congested. Without these two problems, we probably would've made the best of it and stayed. Instead we will be leaving even though we are stuck paying for another night.

Just like other reviewer's have said, this is a great location. You can easily walk to Stearns Beach, and also walk to most of the restaurants on James Street and surrounding areas. I was a bit worried about what the room would look like, since the price is pretty low for this area. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and relatively roomy. And the bed is very comfortable. Our only negative feedback is get rid of the heart wall hangings at the head of the bed. Tacky! The managers were friendly and helpful. Other people have mentioned concern about noise as it is right off the road, we had no noise issues. This is by no means a luxury hotel, but again, the location is fabulous. We also peaked in the rooms with the hot tubs. They are shaped like a heart and also seem pretty tacky. I would recommend get rid of those tubs and just have the room be a bit more spacious, unless there really is a market for those hot tub rooms. We definitely were not going to pay more for a tub in our room.

The motel is an older one, but the location is great! Clean rooms, no frills. Best part is that you can walk a few blocks West to the beach or go a few blocks East to the shops of downtown. House of Flavors is very close for ice cream and a gas station across the street is very convenient.
