My wife and I have been at this Hotel several times over the past six years. With COVIT 19 we expected a lower occupancy rate and regulations do not allow from July 1st over 50% anyway, actually increased from 25% after inspections and strict measures which we admittedly witnessed being applied. We did not enjoy breakfast as we historically did, with some cheeses gone bad etc, food mix obviously catering to just a local clientèle but overall lots of choices. The photos I have attached where part of our astonishment, as the scenery portrayed by a guest that was even allowed to smoke the water pipe in his ground floor balcony (which has been strictly forbidden within the COVIT 19 Ministry regulations, not just in Hotels but thought the Country) Besides the forbidden habit that has been obviously bluntly allowed smoking all day on a ground floor overlooking the pool area by a main path way leading to the beach and main reception areas, therefore, surely not hidden. Besides the uploaded photographs contents which are self explanatory. We where utterly astonished that the Hotel would allow such display of laundry and scene. No further comment from our side, except what a pity, if this is the offspring of COVIT 19 imposed lower occupancy rate of up to 50% allowing guests to do whatever they wished....

We stayed for 3 nights at the weekend in a junior suite and a single room all were very nice which fantastic view especially the suit The staff are hospitable Housekeeping is perfect The breakfast is delicious including all items we enjoyed our vacation and plan for another one soon

This is THE place of paradise! A very luxurious hotel with many outlets and the best hospitality! Clean rooms , very high quality of food! Breakfast is very high quality and richness! Variety of restaurants!
The beach is really crystal water!

Starting with F&B

Will not mention that beach bar personnel don’t wear masks during service unless their regional leader is passing by (pics for the ministry of health and tourism are available in case needed)

Will not mention that serving wrong items and main dish prior to starters was a common practice

Will not mention that Penne Arabiata was not an Italian dish, beef salad was tasteless and terrible, and eating there for the first day resulted with a sad joke of an upset stomach of my freind and myself

And finally will not mention their regional F&B that we met by an accident and when told him that he has got an F&B problem in the hotel, his answer on an arrogant behaviour; “only one?”!!

Hotel Divsions

Reception check you in with a speed of light. Efficient and professional

Rooms are okay’sh, overrated/overpriced and that’s of course due to seasonality and limited 5 stars hotels availability within the same area

Rooms locations to the beach are allocated and assigned dependent on the regularity of the guest visits to the hotel, which is a normal practice for a none internationally managed hotels

Breakfast area and quality (fantastic and delicious) and was lucky to be isolated from the F&B management working culture and mental model

Service

In general, the only ultra positive (in fact brilliant) Mark is being given to the service in the hotel different areas - friendly, helpful, speedy, and passionate of doing their job and provide you with service

Those on-ground the hotel, who are humbly serving you with a true genuine smile!

In short, this hotel management should learn the basics of professionalism and discipline from their sister hotel management of Ain Soukhna (Jaz Little Venice Golf Resort)!

Let’s start off by saying that some of the workers don’t wear a mask and the ones that do take it off while talking to you or put it underneath their nose.
2- the tv and safe box are old, we spent 30 minutes trying to fix the safe box and still didn’t succeed
3- the beach isn’t clean, they should start doing regular clean-ups
4- here’s the one that makes my blood boil; to sit at the front of the shore you have to pay 2500 L.E per day and you have to reserve beforehand
5.WIFI sucks, and if I want an upgrade I have to pay for an internet package
