Hotel management has cancelled my confirmed reservation on booking.com 3 weeks after reservation and just 3 days before travel due to failure of credit card authorization however my credit card was valid. I followed all instructions sent to me by email to update the card and got a confirmation email of that. 20 minutes later, an email sent from hotel to inform me that my booking is cancelled. That simple, without any phone calls or any alarming emails! my only explantion is that the hotel found it more profitable to sell the rooms with higher rates just before the expected date of arriving. especially that rates got doubled during that time...Shame on Jaz reputation and will never visit your chain whether in Mersa matroh, Hurghada or anywhere

We visited the Jaz Oriental Resort for 14 days in May-June 2019, the resort is renovated and very welcoming, the colors are relaxing. The cleanings are fantastic, everywhere is someone cleaning or tiding. Food is great, light and tasty. Service is amazing: Team bar Carcade Remon, Hany, Houssan and Mahmoud are jus incredible, always smiling, always the right way to interact. Team Pool Bar Ferlouca again Mohammed, Kareem, Ahmed are fantastic! We travel with two children and everyone was helpful. We needed to visit the doctor twice and everything was fast and flawless. Mehdat from Veratour is surely the assistant everyone dream, always ready to help, ready to assist, never tired. Team Veraclub with Captain Fulvio great to entertain and help: Giorgia and Elena and Andrea from Mini Club deserve an High five dor their energy, patience and savouir fair..it was a great place to stay.

Great Holiday!
Very friendly professional staff, nice rooms, amazing beach and good food!
The only thing I didn't like is how far the beach chairs and umbrellas are from the sea, you have to walk a lot to get to and from the sea which is very exhausting for old people and to have the cabanas by the sea it had to be booked way in advance and no body informed us about this! Moreover it is way expensive.

Loved this holiday in every way, nice reached vibes, great kind happy staff and we slimier had the place to ourselves. We went with our young kids for a weekend break and it’s been the first holiday that I actaully just chilled would recommend it to anyone

2nd time in two consecutive months, I took the family for a second time this summer and again it proved worth the trip of 1.5-2 hours drive and the cost.. Warm welcome and speedy check in, we took advantage of the exclusive beach Gazebo reserved on the beach front and made full use of the Chinese Restaurant the 1st night and the Pizza Restaurant the 2nd night.... Wonderful place to switch off and enjoy the unmatched water and Sun... only downturn was that Wi-Fi was not available this time
