This hotel was recommended by a tour guide Sisley who loves this place a lot. The entrance of the hotel was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The ambience was gd. The hotel was clean and tidy. Not noisy at all. There were clean towels on the rack in the bathroom. The toiletries seemed new.

$180 for a dirty room with zero pool access. Nowhere on any website did it report that the pool was closed. I know for a fact that other BW properties with indoor pools have limited access at 50% capacity due to CVD rules from both Michigan and Illinois. So closing there’s was a choice not part of the state’s regulations.

Imagine showing up a check-in and they tell you that the pool is closed with three little kids in tow. Was I offered a discount? Zero.

BW has lost my biz forever. Too many other options at this price range to deal with this nonsense.

Nothing to truly document. Not the best but definitely not the worst. I think COVID-19 made this stay less than stellar. There isn't housekeeping for stays less than a few days and we didn't try and use anything else. Price should definitely reflect what you actually get. Not more than a handful of people staying and wasn't offered an upgrade which was disappointing. I am a rewards holder and expected some kind of perk for staying. Lots of small things could've made this stay great but didn't happen.

Overpriced at $250 / night (even if for a 4th of July week-end). So-so room (not dirty but not in excellent shape) but what is absolutely unacceptable is the breakfast : for Covid19 reason, very low option of packaged food with no service . .. and no housekeeping during the 3 nights!

Stayed there for the second time and it was clean and convenient to everything. This trip was during the Covid pandemic and I felt safe and the room was clean. The breakfast of course is limited at this time but that was expected.
