Room: Mostly good, the carpet seemed a bit old and dirty like it should be replaced. The shower handle was semi-broken and hard to turn on and off at times. The room mostly seemed clean with just a bit of dust around the bunk beds. It seems like the rooms could use a bit of an update. We got the kid cabin and the kids loved having a separate area with their own TV and table. I liked the fireplace for a quick warm up after swimming. Due to covid they only clean upon request which was fine with us. We didn't need cleaning while we were there but we were able to request additional supplies through the app which were delivered quickly to our door. Waterpark: This is the perfect size for my kids. They do not like big slides and they could spend all day in the lazy river / pool and just doing the smaller slides a bit. The splash zone was good for the youngest. Our only complaint was that my kids both scraped themselves on the bottom of the lazy river a few times each day. It seemed a bit rougher on the bottom than other lazy rivers we've been in before. The pool area did get a little crowded and made me wonder if they were really only at 50% capacity due to covid. Restaurants: The Camp Critter restaurant was good but a bit pricey. It's vacation so we splurged for one meal. The pizza from the other restaurant was good. Dunkin Donuts was just ok. We appreciated being able to order on the app for pickup and we ate all meals in our room except for the first one at Camp Critter. The ice cream place was good for a vacation treat.

MagiQuest: This was the highlight of my older daughters stay. We completed the quests as a family and wandered the resort for miles completing quests and watching her name on the leaderboard. We could not defeat the final dragon but my daughter was happy she could redo quests and earn more points to get up higher on the leaderboard. I appreciate that it kept us all active. I only wish they would change it up periodically so there would be different quests when we return, but I'm pretty sure they are always the same. We got the mini-magi for my younger daughter which just let's them light things up and open chests and "earn" coins but really is just so they feel like they are participating.

Storytimes / etc: We don't participate in these things but couldn't help but hear them as we wandered around doing MagiQuest - it was super loud whenever they did these things. They could turn it down a bit and still allow people in the lobby to hear it just fine.

Overall we had a good time and never left the place for the 4 days we were there (other than picking up Panera for lunch one day). We are already planning a summer visit to check out some of the outdoor stuff plus the arcade which we skipped this trip. 2-3 nights is best. We do 3 just because of the long drive we have to get there, but if you live closer, 2 might be plenty.More
