My granddaughter and I were passing through on October 30 around 6:00. We called ahead and ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, which was nice that they allowed us to order ahead. We stopped to pick them up and were helped by a younger looking 20-something gal. I gave her my credit card to pay so she had to go to the next register to ring up the credit card. In the meantime, she helped the gal at that register since she seemed new and didn't know how to do something. All this time, the gal helping me hung onto my credit card rather than handing it back to me. Finally, she gave my card back and asked if I needed a receipt so I said I did. She gave me a receipt, which I was slipping into my purse. I asked if I needed to sign the credit card charge slip and she replied, "No, leave!!" I couldn't believe what I just heard! I looked up at her and said, "What did you just say?" She just looked at me. Needless to say, I was appalled and we left as quickly as possible! Unbelievable that someone like that could be working that closely with the public!!
