Noel is the chef and Valerie serves on and pours the beers...excellent arrangement as between them both they have an excellent restaurant with Noel's Gratin Ardechois or his Gratin de raviole as an introduction to his fine raviole dishes.....delicious. Pizza was also tried and the verdict perfect. A friendly and refreshing blond beer went down a treat too. Highly recommended, helped along by Valerie's english.
