We stayed there for 3 nights and we like the place and hospitality. It is located near to Kek Lok Si Temple. Juz 5 minutes from the market too. The breakfast serves late but can be replace with Tea-Time snack.

I went to eat here with my fiance and her brother. First the waitress recommended us to take the main in small portions, if we're not sharing same dish. I still ordered it in medium but got the small size. I asked if i can get it in medium and she just cooked some chicken skin pieces and brought it over to make it medium. My fiances brother ordered vegetable dumplings but got chicken dumplings instead. So he returned it and got some other veggie food instead. The food was not good and a bit over priced. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Went to this cafe for some lunch. Menu is confusing, waitress does not understand English very well. We didn't get what we ordered, dishes were super small.
My vegetarian brother ordered veggie dumplings and got chicken and prawn. Food tasted ok though.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a balcony room. The room itself was really good looked like it had been renovated and looked quite modern. It was reasonably spacious and had basic necessities. The balcony was ideal to sit and have afternoon nibbles and watch the locals. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The hotel itself is walking distance to Kek Lok Si Temple (Just down the road) and Penang Hill (20min walk but local bus available nearby). There are also street markets every morning which have everything possible to buy or eat. As this is a local area we did stand out a bit. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this isn't for you but if you are looking for a comfortable hotel in a non tourist residential area this is perfect.

Room tip: The balcony room was great.. We got a good price booking it direct with the hotel.

It's only one best hotel in Farlim and ayer Itam area. It surrounded by hawker center and 7-11. Price is affordable and the staff here is helpful. It's just next to kek lok si and penang hill. It's a best choice for traveller who want travel in Farlim.
