Thank you for voicing your concerns to us. We're pleased to hear that our accommodations were clean and you felt welcomed by our staff upon arrival. Nonetheless, we regret any aspects of your stay that detracted from your overall enjoyment. Our team is always happy to assist with any issues when brought to their attention, including locating a working remote.
It is understandable that you wanted peace and quiet, especially when exhausted and trying to nap. We sincerely apologize for having disturbed your rest. Typically, the Do Not Disturb signs indicate that a guest does not want their room to be entered, nor knocked on. However, we will still share your comments with housekeeping, so as to better avoid inconveniencing guests who don't wish to be disturbed by outside noise.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we'd love an opportunity to make it up to you. It's our hope that you might come back so we can deliver a quiet, restful stay.
