In an attempt to fabricate an upscale dining experience, the staff at Ingredients comes off as rude and pompous. Unless you are seated in a booth, be prepared to be wedged in between tables spaced two and a half feet apart. The food was below average and not worth the inflated price. I had a pizza for an appetizer with stale crust and a rice and bean bowl for my main entree with uncooked rice. Perhaps the management could use the extra cash from their overpriced TV dinners to hire competent cooks.
