I don't mind paying more for a resort - if it delivered comfort. This did not. We had an executive king room for 2 nights, average about $250 a night. This is close to the highest we've ever paid for a hotel room, but certainly not nearly as comfortable. Here's my two cents:

Pros:
Our room was clean and spacious. The view of the ocean, boats and sunset was nice.
Kids enjoyed the pool area, lazy river, slides and lily pads. They enjoyed the arcade and prize center as well.
When we called room service for more towels and blankets, they delivered very quickly.

Con:
Price. I think for what we got, the price was insane.
Parking area was confusing. Parking garage is valet only.
We have an "executive king" room. Sounds quite nice doesn't it? While it's spacious. there's no door, curtain, or anything to separate the kids from us. I don't know how others feel about it but for me, I prefer to have some kind of barrier in between. For it to be such a family oriented resort, I'm surprised there's no rooms with a separate bedroom. We got the biggest room the website offered. My two kids who slept on the pull out sofa the first night, tossed and turned ALL night long. It was no surprise after I inspected it the second day. The mattress pad is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the wire inside from the top to the bottom, every step of the way. Both kids fought to sleep on the floor for the second night.
There's no balcony.
The TV is too small for the size of the room.
The landing for the water slide is only 3 feet deep - pretty easy to injure your toes on the rough concrete bottom.
The restaurant options are awful. I was really looking forward to have some seafood on this trip. You won't find any good seafood on site.
Land Shark restaurant - doesn't even have any coloring menu pages/booklets for kids. Prices are INSANE. We tried to have breakfast here one morning. Waited for 45 minutes no food. They never came to refill our coffees either. Kids were going crazy with nothing to entertain them with. We had to leave. Went to Golden Nugget next door and had Stacked Grill. Food was about half the price and came out in 5 minutes hot and delicious.
We ate at Margaritaville restaurant as well. The famous "Who's to Blame" margarita was so sour neither of us wanted to drink it. Prices were outrageous here as well. I recommend Bubba Gump in the Golden Nugget. The price was about the same but food and scenery was much better.
The swim up bar drinks were different sizes on different days, even though we ordered the same thing (pina colada) and paid same amount.
Arcade is insanely priced as well. About 5 times the price at Chuck E Cheese.
Worst part of this trip: The noises you can hear from your room at night. The insulation must be really bad. Walls must be paper thin. And the door has a big gap on the bottom as you can see the hallway light coming in really well. You can hear people running up and down the hall way any time of the night. Coming from upstairs, I heard heavy things dropped on the floor several times (suit cases perhaps?). Neighboring rooms all kinds of noises (including showering and brushing teeth). I can usually deal with hearing mild conversations. But I couldn't sleep through all of this and was startled awake several times each night.

We will definitely be back to the Biloxi area. We loved Beau Rivage and Golden Nugget. But won't be coming back to Margaritaville Resort. I Might consider it if it was free.

Room tip: Top floor so you are not hearing noises from every direction

We are so sorry to hear you were not happy with your recent visit. While our parking garage is in fact valet only, valet and bellman services are complimentary to you and we would love to take the hassle out of arrival and departure for you. It sounds like our king corner suite may have been a better fit for your family. A larger corner room with a king sized bed in one room, and a sleeper sofa in the other, this suite features a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave, soaking garden tub and spacious stone shower, separate rooms each with their own televisions, and a south facing balcony with exquisite views of Deer Island. We hope you will come back to give our resort another try, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve based on your feedback.

Sincerely,
Katy- Margaritaville Resort Biloxi Team

Packed up the family (6 of us) and went to Margaritaville for a weekend soccer tournament. As a business owner, I was extremely happy with the quality of service throughout the facility. Anytime you go into a restaurant with 16 people, you would expect major delays. They handled everything without an issue, and all of the food was great. You can easily tell they put a lot of effort into training their staff and it shows. Will definitely return.

We booked the Southern Getaway package during the Cruisin’ the Coast event & got a great rate for a 2 night stay, plus 2 $50 vouchers for Doe’s Eat PlaceSteakhouse! The hotel was very clean & our room had a balcony with a great view. Doe’s Eat Place Steakhouse was delicious & a nice unexpected extra perk. Breakfast at Landshark Bar & Grill was also very good. The outdoor pool & lazy river was amazing & fun. They even had a mermaid sitting in the pool for the kids to swim with & talk to! The arcade is so much fun for the whole family. Everyone was very nice & attentive & made our stay more enjoyable. We can’t wait for our next stay!!!

We (8 of us) stayed at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi again this year, and it was a wonderful vacation! The entire staff go out of their way to be helpful, and they always are smiling! Rondo and Brittany in the Valet department go the extra mile to accommodate, as do Reshell, Shinita and Nikki at the 10th floor front desk. Our room was beautiful (pictures are included with this review), and the view from our 15th floor balcony was sublime. Housekeeping kept our room neat as could be, and Security kept our classic cars safe in the parking lots. I did not get into the swimming pool, but did go and see it, and wow, what an adventure! It has a lazy river feature, waterslide, poolside bar, live music and mermaids. Made me almost wish I'd brought my swimsuit. The arcade on the second level is as much fun for adults as it is for the youngsters, and contains a very wide variety of games -- even VR! Food and drinks at The Landshark (second floor) and Margaritaville Cafe (third level) was delicious and plentiful. You can eat outside at the Landshark if you wish, where you are surrounded by tv's that keep you current with your sports interests. This resort has a you're-on-vacation, leave-your-worries-behind atmosphere, and it is wonderful! The week went by all too quickly, and we are already looking forward to being there again for CTC 2019.

We took a family trip down to the coast for Cruising the Coast, and we decided to spend the day at Margaritaville’s arcade. Lynsi was so helpful and kind to my children. They can be a handful sometimes, but she was just so patient. Definitely coming back!!!
