“An Entertaining Show of Music and Comedy”
Reviewed 20 April 2012

Clay Cooper's Country Music Express is a show that anyone can walk into and will be able to enjoy. Besides being a great singer, Clay Cooper is also an entertaining person and interacts with the audience, talking to them during the show. I'm not a fan of country music, but this was a show I was able to enjoy thanks to comedian Matt Gumm and the Buckets & Boards duo. Gumm is one of Branson's best comedians who is able to entertain viewers of any age. Unlike a lot of shows in Branson, Gumm updated his comedy from last year so there is something new every time you go there. The Buckets and Boards duo are also entertaining by performing music from objects that you wouldn't think would work. For me, the highlight of the show was a Saturday Night Live type sketch with one year a Jeopardy parody and another a dating show parody. Unlike a lot of Branson shows where the planned audience is senior citizens, this is a show for people of all ages. Clay Cooper is a great show for anyone, even if you are not a fan of country music.

“Clay Cooper has a really good show”
Reviewed 20 April 2012

We were in Branson Missouri in April 2012 and attended the Clay Cooper Show. Matt Gumm and Chewy Gumm are two of the comedians who are so funny. We loved their costumes, especially Matt's old man costume. Johnny Lonestar's act with his rope and cowboy gun tricks is interesting. The choreography of the dancers by Clay Cooper's wife is great, but especially so when Clay sings to his wife who is a beautiful dancer.
Joey Riley, a wonderful musician and comedian, is also performing with Clay Cooper.
Clay Cooper addresses the people ins his audiences and includes them in his show. This is a great show!

“Clay Cooper Show Great”
Reviewed 20 April 2012

The Clay Cooper show was great. The show had country, rock, gospel music, dancing, comedy, and skits. Clay and his family are very versatile performers as well as his other 20 regular performers. They each played many roles including dancing and singing. I especially liked Clay's redition of Conway Twitty hits. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole show.

“A very fun show”
Reviewed 14 April 2012

Had a great time at the Clay Cooper show. Fun, fast paced, funny & charming. Clay Cooper is a fun entertainer, lots of audience involvement, a great band behind him. I would recommend this show for sure. The only negative things was the picture taker, before you get in the door, she is there to take your picture, we nicely declined and got major attitude from her. Seriously?? Not a great first impression. I wish all the venues would give up this annoying practice or at the very least ASK if you want your picture taken, rather than saying step over here do I can take your pic.... and stop the hawking of merchandise during the break, we all know where the gift shop is.

“Good Time”
Reviewed 12 April 2012

Clay Cooper came by the dinner show at the resort. My husband enjoyed it. It was only a 15 min teaser so I think there may have been more if time permitted.
