Owner description: Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

Didn't like standing in the long line when it was cold. But when we moved up further we stayed warm with the heaters above us. I thought the audio player you wear around your neck we're really helpful. Loved everything, they kept the line moving and everyone entertained. Took professonial pics there, neat, very memorable time!

“Right up our alley!”
Reviewed 27 March 2012

My husband and I visited the Titanic Museum with our two boys- 12 and 13 at the time- and hope to go back with out the kids sometime! While the boys enjoyed themselves, they really wanted to rush through everything, and there was so much information, and so many great displays, that us adults could have easily stayed another hour.
You are given a device to hear narration, and also a name of a passenger. You find out in the end if your passenger survived or perished- mine survived- she was the young bride whose suite was replicated on the tour.
A very fun family experience- but adult time would be nice during this self-guided tour as well!

“Well Worth The Money!!!!!!”
Reviewed 27 March 2012

This is not your typical museum. This is a very interactive museum. The musem is laid out like the ship you actually view the Artifacts walking down Ships Hallways and in The rooms. Lots of Hands on stuff as well- Touch a real Iceberg!!!!! The attention to detail is incerdible. There is so much I learned about it that I did not know already. Next time I go I will get the Audio tour headset you here stories and facts from actual passengers and such. This is definitely worth the stop. But even if you can't afford to go Stop by and get pictures and view the Gift shop. The Gift shop has a lot of great merchandise as well pertaining to the ship.

We all really like this museum a lot. Taking the identity of a real passenger made it more personal. A very educational attraction.

Nice staff had a lot of history and items on the Titanic. Good value for money. They assign you a name of a person that was aboard. At the end of the tour you find out if the survived or not with the names on the wall.
