We only stayed here one night but if we come back to Branson, this will be a great place to stay for a few nights. The rooms are being remodeled. We stayed in one that was brand new and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is really nice. Our only negative was having to deal with the construction mess, which can't really be helped. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts. The breakfast attendant could have used an extra hand to help get the food out faster and keep the line and tables clean. It's too much to expect of one person.

Overall good experience at this hotel. Location is convenient. Remodeling still in progress and some areas could be cleaned up better. Large piece of sheetrock in front of sign at front entrance. Breakfast could be improved. Staff at hotel friendly and helpful. When I called to make reservation they would not accept advertised rate and I had to call Marriott main number. Room very clean and newly renovated however ice maker not working. Poorly designed shower with water flowing onto floor. Patio area is filthy with leaves and cigarette butts everywhere. Indoor pool is nice for small group but needs better ventilation.

I enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn Branson. The rooms were clean, large and modern (We had a 1 bedroom suite) Breakfast left a bit to be desired (with no meat) but the coffee was great and the different choices of yogurt/cereal was fine. Very comfortable beds per the usual for Marriott and the staff were all very friendly. A sweet older lady (I forgot her name helped us print Silver dollar city tickets at the desk.. she went above and beyond on helping us find a discount) and Lais was very friendly as well. Nice people!

We stayed at the Residence Inn Branson June 5th - June 8th. Parking was very limited due to construction. The hotel was quiet and our room had been remodeled. It looked nice but very poor workmanship. The AC was noisy and the bathroom door was shorter on one side than the other. Small shower which allowed water to spill out on floor. Furniture could be new (could not tell) but nice. We were given room 015 which is in the basement and it had (in spite of reno.) a musty smell typical of basements. Pool area also under renovation but open.

Room Tip: Parking late at night can be a premium.

We arrived to find out that the hotel was under construction, it has been in the process of being completely remodeled/renovated. While unexpected, we understand sometimes these things happen, it would have been nice to know about it in advance but not that big of a deal. The young lady at the front desk had a man in playboy print pajamas behind the desk with her and was being very flirtatious with him, that made us feel kind of uncomfortable. When we got off the elevator there was loud music and what sounded like a party on one side of the hallway and children running back and forth down the hall. We arrived at our door to find a huge gap in the top as though the door was hung incorrectly, the toilet in the bathroom was not seated properly and rocked back and forth, there was purple stains on the base of the wall in the bathroom which I wonder isn't where they tried to clean mold off, their new shower design is idiotic, there is no door to the shower so the bathroom floods, water all over the floor, toilet and anything you may have brought in the bathroom with you. The door knob to the bedroom was hanging by 1 screw and it sounded as though the bearings were going out in the air conditioner...it rattled and screeched loudly. The bed was comfortable but there was no way sleeping in was possible since there were children running above us and the construction crew starting banging on stuff below us at 9am. The management offered no apologies or discounts or credits of any kind and seemed to care less that we were unhappy.

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay with us, I am so sorry that your stay was not up to our normal Marriott standards. I do apologize for all of your issues, and we are looking into other options on our shower design, which was designed for Marriott properties, however we are working on getting another option for our hotel here. We are also addressing the other issues with our appropriate staff, including our maintenance staff for the room issues. I do hope you will try us again once our renovations have been completed, which should be soon. Thank you for staying with us!
