Take a step back in time to the good old days! Feeling nostalgic and are you looking for a fun time for the whole family? Well you've found it right here at the "OLD 66 DRIVE-IN"! ( That's what us locals call it.) :) Where else can you watch not just 1 but 2 Hollywood hit movies under the stars with the kids? Just think, if they spill their drinks, it don't matter! Popcorn having a hard time hitting your mouth? No worries it's outside so no sweeping is necessary. No need to bother taking treats with you because their snack bar has plenty of tasty choices. Prices are very reasonable for both the snacks and the admission fee. It costs $8 for adults 13 and older and $ 4 for ages 6-12 and it's free for 5 and younger. They also have a play ground to entertain the little ones while waiting for the movies to start. Gates open at 6:30 and the movies start right at dark. Be sure and go early to get the best spot! (But don't worry, all the spaces are great for viewing the show.)

Always a great time at 66 drive in.

Fun for all and popcorn for everyone!

You are able to bring in your own edible snacks, but alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

This is a good looking, typically route 66 attraction, 60's style, but unusually well maintained, the concession block is straight from almost any American teen movie and there are a pair of gorgeous kittens living in the ticket booth.

It was just $8 each for adults, for a great double feature presentation of family friendly movies.

The food and drink was great value, pop corn from $1 to $3 & similar for hot dogs and nachos.

If you are driving this part of route 66 then make sure you visit and experience a slice of Americana before it's lost.

This is a beautifully restored Drive-In located in a town that takes pride in its Route 66 and Jefferson Hwy history. You see TWO movies at one price ($8 per person)!!! The concession stand was well stocked with great (and well priced) snacks, so there's really no reason to go to dinner before the movies. The locals fully support the success of the drive-in, so make sure you arrive at least an hour before the first show to get a good spot. You're not allowed to run your car during the film, so either bring a portable radio so you can tune into the station that plays the film or park close enough to the center to hear the loud speaker.

Great place to watch 2 movies for one cost. We are so blessed to have an "old time" drive in movie theater nearby! There are very few still in operation. We miss the old metal speakers that hung on your window, but the sound which is now through your vehicle radio, is probably much better than years past. The owners run a very nice and clean outdoor theater. It's very clean with the old-time snack bar. This is fun on a date night or with the family. Aisles, which your park in, are a bit narrow so please drive cautiously. If you don't live nearby, make the trip and bring the family! It is most likely something the younger generations have not ever had the opportunity to experience.
