May work for some and not for others.
Positives:
A very good location with a free parking option, although it was a bit tight for our rental Juke . Decent size room that looks updated and clean, we had no problems communicating in English, priced just right.
Not really a negatives, but “not so positive”:
WiFi is so-so and seems to work only on 1st floor, there is no elevator so you have to find someone to help with luggage, we had a weird (inflatable like) pillows, 7EURO/pp breakfast could be skipped as it is very French (coffee and croissant with some jam).

The best things about this hotel are location and free parking. It is located right in the center, close to everything and the parking is great considering the height of the village's location. Rooms are simple, clean, with a good size bathroom and nice views. Haven't tried the breakfast. A plus for the small fridge.

They don't speak English (I managed to communicate since I know some French), they don't have a lift (which is a problem when you have lots of luggage). However the room was nice and spacious and the AC is good which was a real blessing since the temperature was really hot. The wifi is awful from the 2nd floor. We couldn't connect properly from our room, you either have to go out in the corridor or go downstairs in the restaurant.

We planned a twelve day car trip of the French Riviera and the Provence area by studying Rick Steves's book..We loved the Grand Canyon du Verdon area's stunning views after three day stay in Nice. Moustiers was the suggested place for the night. It turned out to be a charming village nestled among rocks with freely running water everywhere.. Hotel Belvedere's host did not speak English but we managed to understand each other.. He was busy serving cafe customers..Our room was comfortable with a very nice view..we had breakfast at the hotel for 10 euros each..good coffee ( coffee Americano or long coffee) fesh and tasty croissants, French baugette and jams..it was a nice and different experience!

We stayed at the 'le Belvedere' one night after long day of stunning views at Dalius & Verdon canyons - Moustiers is the optimal ending point for such day tour : beautiful village with cozy atmosphere, nice passageways for light evening hiking & few restaurants to complete a perfect day (-:

The place itself is not 'fancy', as you arrive it seems the restaurant upfront is their main business, especially while the 'reception desk' is somehow behind and the staircase seem ware, but rooms were nice surprise - small sized, but recently renovated, very clean, with all facilities, frige, and even air condition that is kind of rear in the area... add to that the advantage of having their private parking for guests downstairs (which is quite essential as usually you would arrive there by car, and car entrance & parking is prohibited to the village center !) and it is definately nice option !!

We had some drinks & coffee the next morning at their restaurant - prices are fair, and you could enjoy breeze & morning view of sunrise over the rocks around, nice !!

All in all, decent place to end gorgeous day (-:

Room Tip: - take village evening tour and do the same next morning, view & colour change ! - no elevator, avoid unneccesary load to the room !
