Our friend, Daniel arranged for us to stay here. Our hosts were wonderful and we had a great time.

My hubby and I loved the location for the part of being so close to historic Bayamo. In the evening after dinner as well as the next morning, we walked to the city square and down the beautiful streets of the historic district. There are some lovely, old churches to visit. A lot of rich history and culture. If you need to exchange money, there’s a bank close by.

The night we stayed here, a home team was playing baseball. Afterwards there was a lot of partying and noise late into the night. Our room was right above the street. One night of loud partying was OK, but this is a busy street even in quiet times.

The rooftop terrace is a beautiful place to sit and relax or savor one of Henry’s succulent meals. He’s a fabulous chef. Tania is a charming lady who served our meals and insisted on making me coffee before we caught the taxi at noon the next day.

This Casa Particular is definitely worth a stay. At least one night.

Excellent little place. Couldn't complain about the traffic noise but might have been because of where our room was (and the aircon was a little loud). Rooms were well kept and the shower had hot water - a rarity. Arturo was super helpful. We'd arranged an early morning exit for a trek and he and Esmeralda got up super early to prepare a monster breakfast. They even let us use a shower on return even though we were leaving that night. Not too far from the Los Beatles bar which you really have to experience at least once... No complaints from me.

Again a Susanna recommendation. Arturo and Esmeralda are lovely, their English is limited but one of our party spoke reasonable Spanish so we got by! The chopped fresh fruit at breakfast was superb and I miss ripe mango and guava so much.......
The accomodation is basic but very clean and a great shower. Again we had lots of help with organising the next part of our trip and they gave us a pineapple to take for the journey. Thank you for at lovely stay.

This B&B is aside of an important road, that means it is a bit loud. The room was in the first floor, good and simple. The bathroom was as well small, however, everything clean. The aircondition was loud but efficient. Our dinner was good with a soup, salad and marinated and braised meat. - Only in 15 min you reach the city center where you can find easily a couple of live music. - Arturo was helpful in finding a taxi who picked us up at the Hotel Brisas los Galeones along the south coast.
