Cute boutique hotel

We stayed with family in a two bedroom suite facing the pool. The room was spacious, clean and had almost everything we needed. I wish they added Kleenex tissue, hair conditioner and robes in the suites.

There is no gym but they had yoga Monday-Saturday at 8am. This was great and the view from the top was nice.

Our room included Mexican breakfast and it was great. Be advised, the portions were small. Regardless, we enjoyed it.

The pool and jacuzzi were COLD! The sun does not his the pool at any hour so the water does not get any heat. My kids enjoyed it and swam anyway.

We rented a golf cart and took a tour of Sayulita. You can walk everywhere and everyone is so nice. We enjoyed getting to check out the city and beaches.

Sayulita is a safe beach city with all the authenticity of Mexico. If you are looking for luxury, this town is not it. If you are looking for a place to walk around, enjoy great food, shop, and have fun.. this is it.

Lovely Place

Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast options! Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Front staff was always eager to help and were happy to share recommendations for food and activities in Sayulita. We would certainly come back!

Amazing Hospitality and Great for Wedding Groups

Our stay at Casa Loteria in Sayulita was absolutely fantastic! The staff's hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. We found ourselves in a pinch when we needed to organize a last-minute dress rehearsal dinner with just one day's notice.

The team at Casa Loteria stepped up and delivered an incredible evening for us. They hosted the event in their stunning palapa, creating a beautiful and intimate atmosphere. Everything was executed flawlessly, from the delicious food to the meticulous attention to detail. The staff's dedication and warmth made us feel exceptionally welcome and cared for.

A huge thank you to Casa Loteria for turning a potentially stressful situation into a wonderful and unforgettable night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sayulita—you will not be disappointed!

Outstanding Reservation Manager

Valerie, the guest services reservation manager was absolutely outstanding to deal with. I had a bit of a difficult reservation and she made this seamlessly effortless. This will be my second time visiting this resort, it is a gem of a place.

We’ll be back soon!

We came to Sayulita to visit my friend’s bf. First time in Mexico for both. At first it seemed I was gonna be boring cause my friend went away at first night and I been through the accommodation by myself almost the whole week, but since the first moment we got to the hotel I started to feel such a peaceful and warm atmosphere, everybody there made my days feeling at home. The place is really huge and spacious as well but everything is in the right place and it seems everything works perfect there. One of the best and special things I found at this place is that every single person working here really enjoys it and they do their best to make you feel comfortable all the time.
I’d really love to write about most of them but It’s hard for me to remember every single name, so maybe if the personal would wear a pin with their name would be great for guests to remind it. I think that’s s my only suggestion for the business.
Charlie made us feel welcomed and safe since we checked in ‘til we gone! <33
I loved spent nights talking about music with Hector and at dawns there’s nothing better than coffee at the rooftop.
I give five stars and I’d give ten if I could. We totally recommend this place. ((:
