Amparo and Alondra were amazing, helpful and friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful and cute. It’s like staying at a small tropical resort. The hotel is very clean, and well kept up. Highly recommend staying here. The city is fun and lively .

Great service… nice clean. Amazing staff. Amparo and alondra was great. The pool is very cool and relaxing. Waking up to the sounds of a jungle was amazing. The scenery of the hotel is breathtaking, so many beautiful plants and wild life. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely Recommend to anyone.

Stayed at hotel villas sayulita and it is definitely not like the pictures. My room looks like it was a storage closet turned into a htel room. Walls and windows dirty. Your yoga studio is the breakfast area. Bed two songles put together very uncomfortable. PI was happy to leave. I did not see any other rooms as the hotel was filled. Room 18

This was the worst place ever for $200 a night. It was run down. It was incredibly noisy. You did not get what you ordered for breakfast. Filthy conditions. Bugs. Pool freezing. No lounge chairs by Pool. No microwave or laundry service as advertised. Website photos do not reflect rooms. Rude staff during day. Beds were horrible. No night staff. No water pressure or adequate hot water.
Could be beautiful if owners put some care and money in it

Cleanliness of this establishment does not match how it is in real life. Provides minimal amenities. Not worth your money, there are so many other options available that are superior to this place. Also the hotel manager is unfriendly and greedy.
