My room was dark, depressing, and stuffy. The carpets were squishy with water far enough away from the bathroom to be inexplicable. I kept my flip flops on and felt less exposed to athlete's foot standing barefoot in the shower than in the main room. This lands closer to a homeless shelter than an economical value. Rough looking regulars loiter outside their rooms. As a woman traveling alone, I was not comfortable. I stayed in my room, minded my business, and got on the road by 6:00am. This is not a place in which to sleep late.
