The hotel was very nice. Room were modern and well appointed. Access to hotel was easy. Plenty of choices of restaurants close to the hotel. Only complaint we had is our room was not ready when we tried to check-in. The front desk indicated housekeeping was behind in preparing our room. We waited 45 minutes before we could check-in. Overall a pleasant stay other than check-in.
Nice stay. Quick stop before we moved on to lodgings at Glacier Natl Park. Rooms new, clean. Breakfast kept well stocked with hot and cold breakfast choices. Front desk staff friendly. Beds reasonably comfortable. Free parking. Enough outlets for electronics. Near Costco and REI plus many more stores to stock up before hitting the National Park.
Convenient to get to and very clean. They had a "wheel of fortune" that you could spin for extra points, etc. Similar to all Springhill's, but cleaner. I'd definitely stay here again in the future.
My husband and I had arrived at the airport in Kalispell late at night and planned to go to Glacier National Park the next morning. We walked into the Springhill and were greeted so warmly by the beautiful Pearl. She seemed genuinely happy to see us. She knew we were exhausted, so she made check-in quick but thorough. The room was clean (thank you housekeeping!) and breakfast was very good the next morning. It was a quick but perfect stay.
The Springhill Suites was a great location when visiting Glacier National Park. The property was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Miranda helped up with locally owed retaurtant suggestions and also helped us with a lost Amazon shipment, She is was very accomadating and eager to help. She is an asset to the Springhill Suites Kalispell and made our stay fantastic. The berakfast attendants made sure the breakfast area was always stocked and were also very eager to assist the guets. It was a perfect stay.
