Absolutely disgusting. The grossest, dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The sheets were moldy. The floor was disgusting. Some sort of liquid or fluid all over the floor. The shower was full of yellow slim on the shower walls. Just save your money and sleep in your car at this point.
Found our matress to have huge dried blood stain!!we were on the road late and just wanted a clean bed to sleep in.
We always check the mattress when we travel, and I was horrified to find A large brownish red stain from where your head would lie to where your butt would end&about 2.5 feet wide.appeared to be old blood! The best they could do was give me more bedding to put on top of it,as it was late&we'd found it difficult to get a room that night,everywhere was full.So disgusting that spending $166 got us this caliber of room. I informed the desk person next am,who send she was refunding us&was taking care of the issue. The only amount seen was $20. Called Manager who denied my information,wasrude and condescending & he wasn't going through with anything more. Sounded like he agreed someone had died on that mattress!! The mattress was likely from ?1960's? Don't stay her. The management standards are corrupt.
First off, arrived to lobby around 2:15pm & the front desk clerk stated ABRUPTLY that check in was not until 3pm & there is no public restroom. I replied back with “Wow - why so rude?”
We left & returned around 3:15pm & she did her best to be kind & offer customer service.
We had an upstairs room (217) & climbing up the dark & filthy staircase, we could already get a sense for our room. The metal railings on the stairs are filthy w/dust. We opened our room to the smell of stale cigs mixed w/pinesol & it went downhill from there. See my photos attached: hair on floor, hair in bath tub, filthy dust under beds (no photo as didn’t want to go down there), the top of fridge & microwave were disgusting. It’s one thing to be old & rundown but this is just pure filth. We cleaned things with their washcloth & went to the store for Lysol sanitizer. DON’T STAY HERE!
My husband and daughter were bit by roaches.
The room was falling apart and dirty.
The property is under construction in the casino area.
The washer/dryer & ice room was also disgusting.
For nearly $200/night you can be threatened for animal cruelty by the front desk for having your animals stay in your vehicle and you can get eaten by roaches.
We were in room 127.
This place needs to be shut down. Spend your money literally anywhere else.
We stayed for four nights, our room never got service, I had to ask for towels from the front desk which weren’t very clean. The shower curtain wasn’t very clean and the toilet rocked back and forth. There is construction going on which starts at 7 am and wakes you up. Wouldn’t stay there again.
