Close to West Yellowstone entrance. The room was clean, but in need of update. Breakfast was ok, can fruit instead of fresh fruit ( first time I’ve seen this). Eggs sausage and many bread choices such as toast, muffins and waffles to put in toaster. Do have an indoor pool and free WiFi.

This hotel's proximity to the west entrance to Yelllowstone is very convenient. It's close to restaurants, shops and the IMAX theatre. The rooms are clean. One of the ladies at the front desk is not very professional. The breakfast is not what I expected, for the price I paid for the room. Canned fruit cocktail instead of fresh fruit is an insult. Tiny coffee cups. Lots of sweet breads, frozen waffles. Several people were looking for a microwave to heat milk for the instant oatmeal and ended up using their room's microwave.

Room Tip: We had a 3rd floor suite and it was very quiet

The hotel and rooms were clean, and very much like a typical chain, like Hilton or Clarion. Amenities included an indoor pool and spa, as well as breakfast. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but included hot items and saved time in the morning. Hotel is close enough to walk to the busy part of town, but was in a quiet location. Note that hotel rooms in West Yellowstone are difficult to get expensive when you find them. Probably because this town is closest to many of Yellowstone Park's best attraction. This hotel's price is typical of what you'll find. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms, good location but cheap furniture, very average breakfast, above all way too expensive even for such a touristic place. I would not advise it and hope there are better alternatives in the area.

Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve! We are so pleased and excited that our brand new furniture and draperies will arrive this fall, and by next summer season our full in room upgrade will be complete!

Stayed one night (Thursday). The location was off the main road, so it was quiet and the setting was nice. That said, the room, though clean, was dark and dated. The bathroom, in particular, was "sad" with several spots on the tub that were worn completely through the finish. The worst, part, however, was the complimentary breakfast. Choices were extremely limited and all the hot items (eggs and sausages) were barely warm (room temp) and chilled items barely cold - basically not edible. We complained to the attendant but finally settled on juice and toast. Long wait on check in and check out, perhaps because the hotel's technology is a little dated.
