Managed to get a good deal for staying here via the internet and we weren't disappointed.
As we were staying 4 nights and had booked a room with 2 queen beds we asked at check-in whether there might be a room with 1 bed and a sofa to sit on. The very charming girl on reception (Mandi I believe) checked what was available and upgraded us to a junior suite. This was a fabulous bonus, as it had a full kitchen and allowed us to eat in most evenings, saving us from paying the somewhat inflated restaurant prices that exist in West Yellowstone.
Breakfast is provided in the hotel. It is passable, but since we had the kitchen and a coffee maker in our room, we were able to get some supplies and eat breakfast up there.
The room was well appointed with two huge TVs and was clean and spacious. The hotel is also well located and (since West Yellowstone is not very big) many shops, restaurants etc are within walking distance.
Really enjoyed our stay and Mandi went over and above providing us with friendly advise about things to do, as well as loaning us bear spray to take hiking with us, just in case.
Needless to say Yellowstone National Park was breathtaking.More
