When i stayed at this hotel it was amazing. So I had dealt with two fantastic people at the front desk. Mike was there overnight and into the morning and was so friendly. And then in the morning he was very helpful with breakfast recommendations. Then when we got back we were greeted by Simden, and she was so friendly.

The room was amazing, and since we came at the end of the season it was super affordable. The pool is very nice and heated greatly. The hot tub was phenomenal.

Over all it was an amazing stay. We will for sure be back.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Coffee maker in room plus microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast pretty good. It's right across from the wolf and bear discovery center which is very nice, but it is a hike to restaurants in the cold and very dark nights. We just ordered pizza delivery as it was very cold out.

Hotel is overpriced ( $164 a night). The hotel is a eighties/ nineties flashback. No safe in room, old dark carpet , not enough light ( or lights in room) , a sink inside the room (?) , worn beds.
The breakfast is very basic. A lot of wrapped stuff / coffee/ tea / bread etc.
On the plus side: the location to the park is great and you can fill your coffee jug before you leave for the day

We stayed in the one bedroom suite. You walk into the bedroom portion via your door and the kitchen and living room are thru another door, a little awkward but the front desk did give us a heads up on that detail. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a full sized refrigerator. A nice detail is that they leave out fresh fruit and drinks in the lobby area 24-hours, so if you come in late or from the cold, you can grab a snack and hot drink. Also nice is that there is secure underground parking is available.

Incredible location and very comfortable! Right next to the entrance of Yellowstone and near many restaurants and shops. Loved waking up to the sound of the howling wolves from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center just up the street.
