“Perfect quiet country location.”
Reviewed June 28, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

The Huntingfield Shepherds Hut is an amazing place to stay the beautiful scenery all around and the peace and quiet creates a wonderful get away, and for days out it is very central whatever you are looking to do shopping, historical places, beach or country walks. The owners Emma & Richard are so friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble a lovely breakfast pack is supplied for your first morning along with the amazing fresh bread delivered to your door, and the lovely visits from the family pets and the chickens makes you feel at home cant wait to come stay again.
Thanks again to Emma and Richard for providing this lovely country get away.

This was perfect, you would not believe the amount of space we had! Total peace and quiet but owner was on hand if needed. Chickens visited in the mornings. Lovely walks. Hut decorated vintage style, complete heaven for us, we didn't want to go home

“Blissful country living in the garden of England!”

Our stay in the hut was an absolutely blissful break away from the hustle of bustle of London. Emma has furnished the flat so beautifully, with such sweet attention to detail.

The hut was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need in terms of plates, crockery, cutlery, pots n pans etc, with a fridge stocked with the most delicious breakfast ingredients! We were especially bowled over my the load of freshly baked bread that was delivered to the hut the next morning!

The bed was very comfortable with a great view out on the stunning pastoral views, with chickens parading the land. We went for the loveliest jaunt around the fields that surround the property, which really is English countryside at its best.

The hut is well placed for a break from London, which we paired with a visit to Canterbury and also the seaside at Whitstable the next day, both brilliant.

Thank you Emma and see you again soon!
