Clean, large comfortable rooms with Indoor pool and spa in Incline Village, which in my opin ion is the best town in Lake Tahoe.
The Inn is not fancy but has it's quaintness about it. The decoration is that of an Old Tahoe Lodge with extensive use of natural knotty pine through out the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do not offer any luggage assistance but the clerk was quick to volunteer to help with my luggage to my 2nd floor room. Would recommend to friends and family. 2 thumbs up!

Basic, but clean and comfortable - this overnight stay was a great value. Located in a central location in town, it was very accessible with a pleasant staff. A couple of things that are important for a comfortable stay - consistent, reliable heater and awesome shower pressure - were an absolute plus in this hotel! I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is a good value in a great location. Incline Village is quieter and less touristy than other Lake Tahoe towns, and it is close to some nice hikes and beaches. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The lodge has a nice, rustic feel, and is non-smoking. We had a refrigerator but no microwave. The free wi-fi and flat screen t.v. were nice additions. The breakfast is typical continental -- yogurt, coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, bagels, etc.

A few caveats: The shower could be updated, it was a very high pressure nozzle. Also, the free breakfast advertised is only on Saturday and Sunday.

And then there is the noise. The walls are thin -- try to get a room on the top floor. Our room was on the first floor, next door to the breakfast room. We had a wonderful, quiet night on Thursday night. Friday night was also nice, but Saturday morning, our plans of sleeping in were ruined when we were woken by the t.v. in the breakfast room. It was mounted on the wall opposite the head of the bed.

On Saturday night, it sounded like elephants had checked into the room above us. We heard loud thuds as people apparently stomped around all night.

The room was very dark even during the day and with the lights on. There is no AC so if you stay during the summer, it may get hot in the room. Very low light in the bathroom, so it was hard to see. Our room was quiet, it's probably better to request an upstairs room in the back.

Room Tip: Suggest an upstairs room in the back away from the room. No AC, just a floor fan.

I had booked two nights at this hotel with some trepidation due to previous reviews, but the hotel was better than expected we had a large two bed room, with fridge, table and chairs and a large flat screen tv. We didn't have anyone on either side of us, but we did hear footsteps above us as we were on the ground floor. My only criticism would be that the front of on of the drawers on three drawer cupboard under the tv was off and one of the metal frame chairs was very wobbly. The room itself was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Continental breakfast was provided each day, basic coffee and tea, with two cereals, milk, toast, bagels and muffins, apples and bananas, but perfectly adequate for our needs.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding. VERY thin walls. I strongly suggest not getting a room with a view of the parking lot. It can get loud. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were too firm (personal preference). Our room was very dark (even with curtains open) and the light switch at the door only lit the light above the entry. The room had plenty of space.

Room Tip: Don't ask for a parking lot view
