“Gorgeous cabin with stunning views”
Reviewed July 8, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We were delighted with this cabin by Lake Tahoe. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures and was absolutely perfect for a couple.
The kitchen was well-equipped, the furnishing comfortable and the bathroom very modern. The outdoor space was really wonderful, and we enjoyed an evening in the hot tub!
There's no lake access, so be prepared to drive to enjoy the water. We were also slightly disappointed to find we weren't entitled to the Incline Beach pass we were promised in the confirmation email. That said, we fell in love with nearby speedboat beach. The hot tub was a little noisy during the night as it is right next to the bedroom, but we still slept pretty well. We were concerned about the lack of AC when we arrived as it was very hot, but with the windows open (protected by mosquito screens) and the cool evening air it was very pleasant. We were very sad to leave and would love to go back!

“A peaceful, convenient location, & cozy cottage, with a great view of the lake.”
Reviewed December 16, 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This is a cozy cottage; perfect for a couple! Just minutes from downtown Incline Village restaurants & shopping, but tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood with almost no thru traffic. The lake view is beautiful and worth the stay!
The cottage has a king size bed, but the pillows could be better.
The bathroom may be difficult for anyone with physical issues, due to the very high, awkward, climb-over bathtub/shower combination. Much deeper tub than the norm. My husband & I stayed a week here & really enjoyed the privacy, view & location.

“Outstanding Location”

We stayed from 10-10 to 10-16. The location was outstanding. This cabin is perfect for a couple; it is very quiet and dark at night. The bed is very comfortable, but they could use a couple of better pillows. The property has gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe, especially at sunrise. If you like modern, this is not the place for you. If you like quaint and rustic, this is it. Watch out for the hot water, it is scalding hot. The shower is a little tricky, just learn the controls and watch out for that HOT water!

We would not recommend trying to park a large vehicle as the driveway up to this cabin is small with a limited parking pad and turning around to come out is difficult. Just a minor detail, however that view!

“Secluded and romantic cabin with great views”

The pictures don't do justice to this cabin nestled among some beautiful homes with great views of the lake. Very spacious cabin with updated kitchen and views from the living room and bedroom that will leave you in awe. The games and puzzles were great for just relaxing. The stone fireplace gave a cozy feel to the living room. Felt at home for the week and enjoyed being the smallest cabin among some very interesting larger homes on the water. The deck was nice for relaxing in the sun after hiking trails nearbyand bird watching. There was so much beauty to explore both north and south of this rental. Great location and would stay here again!
