The room had a clean crisp design. This is one of the newer hotels in Vegas and you can tell. We were in a suite with a nice sitting area and TV that rotated around to either the bed or the sitting area. The bathrooms were big with a dual sinks. The free valet was quick and convenient. I've stayed at a few hotels in Vegas and the Wynn and Encore are my favorites.

Room Tip: If you get a choice between a standard room at the Wynn and the suite at the Encore, take teh Encore. They are so close it doesn't make a difference and the suite is so much better

Encore is a property that is Quintessentially Vegas! The only word to describe the experience is "Grand"! It is decadent from the minute you walk in, highly ornate and spectacular decor throughout the hotel, gaming areas and plush rooms that will make one feel like royalty.
The service they provide is to die for, the attention to detail is intricate, and all the restaurants that I tried were spot-on.
Encore is bustling with the best night clubs (XS was my favorite!) and high-end shopping.
Particularly loved the connectivity to Wynn Hotel which has more gaming, dining and night clubs.
The location on the strip is also great, accessible and close to the mall for those who need a break from the casinos.
Absolutely loved every minute at the Encore and would hope to be back someday soon!

Room Tip: Strip View rooms for the Vegas feel!

Encore at The Wynn (and the Wynn) is a stunning hotel with beautiful and well equipped rooms, very comfotable beds and generally a high standard of decoration throughout.
As with any 4 or 5 star hotel in Las Vegas, guests are spoilt for choice as regards dining options, bars etc. There are also two swimming pools to choose from although the pool side food menu could be improved upon, it was quite limited and therefore we chose to not eat by the pool which was not ideal.
There is a shopping mall situated almost opposite the hotel.
We had one complaint which took longer then we would have liked to be settled and we had to chase them instead of the other way round but in the end it was settled in the "American way", and we were satisfied.
Overall a fantastic hotel with a nice clientele and a general feeling of sophistication.
TIP: Pay the extra and pre book a Limo from the airport instead of a cab, it's the best way to start your visit.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor with a strip view. The higher the better.

Great hotel with outstanding rooms. Don't go if there are large conventions in town. It took 45 minutes to get a cab from the airport. Hint, tell the driver to take the shortest route to the hotel
unless you'd like a tour of the city and a high fare. The trip from the hotel back to the airport was
$10 less when we took the direct route.

The check in was very slow. We had a mold smell in the bathroom shower. We notified the
room cleaning supervisor, but the problem was not solved. Even with the issues noted, it is
still a great hotel with very helpful staff.

High quality low-cost food used to be one of the Las Vegas highlights....not now! Of course,
we didn't frequent low-end restaurants, but $57 for breakfast for two people is a
bit much.

Room Tip: At the Encore, ask for a room with an odd number. The even number rooms face club XS with rocks unitl 4 or 5 in the morning....and you'll hear the noise.
