We didn't stay at this hotel this time, but will surely will the next. We felt very comfortable, safe and secure in this casino. The staff were extremely polite and courteous. The location is ideal because it's in the center of all the activity.

Room Tip: No tips at this time.

We stayed there for the Easter weekend and I would stay there again. It’s not going to be in the same category as Bellagio,Ceasars or The Venetian but it’s a good rate when you compare it to those hotels and it’s the best location on the strip with lots to on the grounds . Lots of great places to eat and shop at The Grand Bazaar ( the grounds in front of the hotel). The rooms are nice , clean, and big. The breakfast buffet was the cheapest I saw when I was there and I suggest if you go , get the 24 hour deal for 5 buffets at 5 different hotels . Considering Paris’ buffet was $40 a person for brunch, however that did include all you can drink beer, wine , champagne or Bloody Mary’s . I would stay here over Mandalay Bay or MGM just becuase of the location, the Grand Bazaar Shopping and the access to Paris because they are connected. Also ,there are lots more affordable options to eat ; down below the casino on the way to the pool there isa food court . The hotel staff was great and super friendly in every department. The only thing that lost points for me was that the pool is not heated but we really didn’t get much a chance to swim as we were so busy checking out everything else there is to do in Vegas. The Masters of Illusion Show is there as well as Paranormal ( featuring Frederic Da Silva The mindreader ). Overall , we liked our stay !

We were greeted warmly by an employee that was helping visitors check in to the automated system. Passport, credit card and then it pops out 2 room keys. Efficient and easy to use but impersonal. Our room was in the old part of the hotel but is was excellent! It was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints about the room or even the elevators that take you up. They are quick. Had fun with the dealers too! Their wit and friendliness was great and they are always there to help you out with a game if youre a rookie. I tried Bacarat and had a blast. Super convienient location and that it joins up with the Paris hotel is an added bonus. Must give a nod to the ladies working as servers. They came around the slots with enough frequency..... well,,, i was never thirsty! Thanks Ballys!!! See you again!!

Stayed in the North Tower (yes showing my age) in one of the renovated rooms which are very nice but........

They have clearly scrimped on closet space as when you hang my shirts/clothes up you the sliding door doesn't clear the coat hangers so much so you have to off set the hanger slightly.

In room wifi was hit and miss at best. I reported this twice to reception but nothing was done. The 3rd time I telephoned from my room and spoke with a technician who advised me it was due to the construction taking place on the renovated rooms and they are aware of it but there is nothing else he could do.

Why wasn't I informed of this at check in ??

No good at all !

Not a big gambler so tables and slots are not my thing. Staff and place are fantastic. Check in with Tee was pleasant, really nice lady. The newly renovated Tower room was impressive, not very high end but the smell of NEW. View of the strip and the wheel. Outside food an marketplace was clean and has Half Price show ticket booth. Walk to any where, you’re in the middle of strip. Side trip to Downtown is best night out. Worth $30 cab ride. Fremont Street is safe and much cheaper to hang out. Would return to Bally’s
