We had only 2 nights left to choose restaurants and after tonight at Osteria, we decided to go back again tomorrow. My appetizer was the meatballs with creamy ricotta...they rivaled my grandmother's who came from Naples...really good and such a good tomato sauce. We shared the focaccia which was like an Italian quesadilla...nicely browned with cheese in the middle. We moved on to pasta and I loved my stuffed raviolis called agnolotti ...of course, I love ricotta and hubby was happy with his spaghetti with shrimp. We had to stop there so we could have room for dessert and we shared an olive oil cake, which was a yummy citrus flavored kind of pound cake. Service was excellent...kudos to Roxanne, our waitress for her pleasant ways and her help with decisions and also kudos to the friendly wine steward, Vern. Chairs very comfy and nice ambience..not noisy....see you tomorrow !!!

First time eating here. Was surprised at all the wonderful dishes. There was an amazing choice of appetizers. Hard to decide between the Housemade Mozzarella, Fritto Misto (crispy shrimp, veggies and lemon) or the Meatballs (whipped ricotta and basil). So ended up getting the pizza Salsiccia (sausage, fennel, and onion). The crust was just perfect and the fresh fennel gave it the added taste. Now came the hard part the entree wanted some of everything. Ordered the Spaghetti (meatball side) my friend ordered the same. Can not wait to go back to Costa want to get the Vitello Milanese (veal chop, arugula, lemon and Debbie wants the Salmone Piccata (salmon, lemon, and capers) We can not wait till June to return to Vegas and eat at Costa !!!!!!!!

About the new kid on the block - Mirage states: "Osteria Costa is a casual reprieve where guests enjoy a variety of wood-fired pizzas, handmade pasta, fresh seafood and Italian spirits."

More accurately Osteria Costa is a very comfortable low key room with where tables are properly distanced from your neighbour that serves fabulous wood-fired pizzas, amazingly fresh handmade pasta, has superb drinks and very sanely priced wine. Topped off with excellent service.

There are thousands of restaurants in Vegas - we chose to eat at Osteria Costa twice in one long weekend it was so good.

Bravo Osteria Costa.

Went here, like most, before a show while visiting Vegas. The ribeye, though not what the restaurant is known for, was fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked medium rare. My daughter got the ragu pasta, something they are known for, and it was fantastic! Highly recommend even if not staying at the Mirage.

This Italian restaurant is new at The Mirage and replaces the Brazilian Steakhouse. Selection of the food is limited (e.g. 4 pizza's, some pasta's, some other selections), quality of the food is very good. Pure flavours. Nice bread with extra virgin olive oil and good wines. But wat too expensive (for 2 about 100 dollars). Service OK, but quite formal.
