Free Wi-Fi + Free hot breakfast + no resort fee = the best place to stay in Vegas as far as I'm concerned.
The rooms are all suites with separate bedroom and a full kitchen - including a dishwasher! The staff is friendly and helpful and everything appears very well kept and clean. Its not in the middle of all the action but is about a 5-10 minute walk to the strip down by the Tropicana, and right next door to Hooters which has the great Mad Onion restaurant.

I stayed 5 nights while attending the REMAX 2012, R4 International Convention. Reserve an internal unit. The daily maid service was an added benefit. The unit was neat and clean, gated grounds were also clean and well cared for. The price was very reasonable as well as no hidden costs. I’m likely to book this location when RE/MAX comes back in 2013.

Room Tip: Only steps to the strip and near the airport!

We had a tremendously comfortable condo with full kitchen. Loved being off the strip (facing the back/courtyard was a bonus for a quiet room) and the bit of walk to the strip was nothing. Generous and tasty full breakfast and we even did a couple of easy dinners "at home". I recommend this place totally!

Room Tip: Try to get a room not facing the street.

Our 2 couple group reserved into this resort, using a promo discount of the eco program. The facilities was everything we as a group wanted for our week stay. Quiet evenings away from the strip. The resort is a 3 block walk to the strip with the Excalibur, Tropicana, MGM and New York resorts at this 3 block walk. If you have a vehicle, this is a great place, as you can park right outside your balcony. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with couch, table, kitchen and a bathroom for each master bedroom. Our little problem we had with the resort was getting services to empty garbage and replenish supplies, the idea of the eco program is your linens would be changed on the fourth day. After talking with the front desk 2 times about supplies and garbage, I needed to go directly to the manager. We discussed the problems I was having with housekeeping and resolved the situation. Breakfast is in the main lobby every morning with eggs, cereal, toast, coffee and juice. Nice to get this as it can be very pricey finding breakfast and the high price of the smorgs at the hotels Nice size pool and 2 hot tubs. The proximity of the airport was not an issue for noise at all. We would definitely book again at this resort in Las Vegas

Needing a little updating, but there are many things that make this a great place to stay. Located across from Hooters, and near the MGM Grand. Easy access to the strip, if that is what you are looking for. Mon. thru Thurs. happy hour in the lobby. There is wine and beer, and soft drinks, plus, carrots and celery with ranch dressing, nachos, and a couple of other things. Also a big plus, and a rarity...substantial continental breakfast served in the lobby. Great for families.
One bedroom, one bath that we had was roomy, and also had a decent size kitchen. Good wi-fi reception, very cozy "condo" type accomodations.
The staff was friendly, and willing to help with information.
overall.....good place to stay.

This place is clean and the rooms are large and very comfortable with large couch, TV, large kitchen with all the ammenities like microwave, fridge, stove and dishes. Free breakfast every a.m. and it is just off the strip with easy parking. I liked that you don't have to walk through a smokey casino and ride an elevator to the 30th floor to get to your room . Staff is friendly, pool is clean. Have stayed there 4 times now and will stay there again.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great. There are 2 floors and they all surround the pool.
