Fantastic hotel, close to the strip yet not a gaming/casino hotel so nice and quiet and NO SMOKING !! We stayed a week and booked this hotel 100% because of the great reviews it received on Trip Advisor. We weren't disappointed . We booked a 1 bedroom suite, which had a sofabed that my 13 and 14 year old sons slept on. We had a 2nd floor room over looking the pool ( definitely recommend this view as opposed to the parking lot/road view) with a small balcony. The room was clean, fairly new condition, and had a FULL kitchen with over, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher..........as well as coffee maker, blender, toaster. The toilet/bath tub are separate from the sinks/vanity which is useful for a family of 4 getting ready in the morning.....though the bathroom is a little small. Huge king size bed was SO comfortable in the main bedroom, and had a TV too.
We walked to the strip which took 4 mins, The Luxor, Excalibur and MGM Grand and Tropicana are just minutes away .............so it was a great location and we felt safe walking back to the hotel after an evening at a show. Security was great, there is a safe in the room, and you need your keycard to enter the complex and pool areas. Parking is easy, lots of spaces available close to room for bringing up groceries etc, and is FREE . NO hidden resort fees, and we got WIFI for our 4 devices for free too that was good enough so that we could stream Netflix etc in our room.

Pool is too small for the amount of families that come here.

The bar is also barely a bar...they do have plenty of people to sell timeshares though...which is annoying..,even though this was a great deal...I would pay more to not be bothered by sales people.

Room and bed was great ...as was having a kitchen...but the salesperson ruined it for me.

Very nice condo hotel. Good location. Clean. Well appointed kitchen. Not your casino hotel so no surprise resort fee added per day. Full kitchen great for that economical cook it yourself stay. Close to strip and transport. Bathroom was a little small.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a pull out couchin living room. The room was clean, good size, very well equipped kitchen! Excellent for families. No casino so it was quiet. Very close to the strip for walking. Small pool but not busy, lots of loungers for sitting. Would recommend for sure! Excellent value for what we paid.

The accommodation was comfortable and not too much noise. Enjoyed the fact that the apartment had everything in which we wanted, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette, dining room and lounge room. It was spacious and enjoyed the balcony as we were on the top floor. At least the air conditioner was enjoyed after being outside during the hot day. The only down fall was the fact that it is time share (which I had been aware about at the start), as you are sent over to the concierge and offered free things then asked how much I had earn a year, once telling them that I do not get the amount they mentioned, they quickly did not mention anything else and I had then mentioned if they were time share which they replied yes and I also mentioned that I was not interested. Overall the staff on the reception desk were friendly and polite. Close to the strip, one block back from the MGM Grand. Free parking and close to buses. Worthwhile stay.

Room tip: All rooms are good, preferred the ones with a balcony
