We stayed in PH Junior Suite - Rm 32-709. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed - one of the most comfortable beds ever! The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We took a cab to whole foods upon arrival to stock the kitchen and enjoyed breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool and city every morning. Although I know we had neighbors, we never heard a peep - super quiet! We spent days at both the MGM lazy river and the Signature Pools - both were great! Loved that it is a completely non-smoking building!

Stayed 2 night in this lovely hotel. Would definitely recommend it! Fantastic staff, spacious rooms, with jacuzzi and kitchenette. Would love to stay here again!

Booked through hotwire one of their secret hotels, nice to have the valet parking although there is no self parking as an option. Short walk through internal walkway to MGM or 15 minute walk to strip via entrance from street/car entrance, up to Planet Holiwood opposite Belagio.
5 star rating big room/ suite not quite the 5 star luxury of the Belagio but still very nice. Be aware of the resort fee charges of $25 plus tax per room per day, we had 2 rooms for 4 days so $224, this gave you the free parking and wireless internet. You must try the river pool in the MGM also included in your stay.
The room was fine and clean although the top sheets on the bed had a couple of grubby marks on them, the whirlpool bath was huge and worked really well although be careful when climbing in it is quite a wide step across to get in my wife straddled across and slipped banging her leg on the marble edge which made her cry and resulted in the mast massive bruise coming out in the next four days, she did report it to the hotel when we left to no avail.
I possible would stay here again for the price £520 for 2 rooms for 4 nights plus resort fee but the Belagio is 10 times better although both are rated as 5 star.

Room Tip: Save up and stay at the Belagio Lake View Room.

The hotel is easily the best we've stayed at in Vegas, the hotel and room is so clean and the rooms have everything to make your stay comfortable, each room has a fully functional kitchen, fantastic shower and whirlpool bath. The room was also very stylish, the walk from the signature through to the MGM is only 5 minutes so wouldn't let his put you off. The room service charges were also clear although it was a 45 minute wait when we were told it would be 30 (a very small negative overall).

I used to stay at any hotel that was under $50 when traveling to Vegas alone. Once my wife got the Vegas bug we could no longer do that due to her higher than thou standards. We stumbled upon the Signature about 5 years ago and have never stayed anywhere else since. From the Security gate to the Valet to check in, it gives you the feel that you're special. The scent pumped in through the vents in the lobby is sweet without overbearing. We rent a unit owned by a private party since it's about 50% less than book rate.

The junior rooms are spacious for couples, but get a 1 or 2 bedroom if traveling with kids. The pullout sofa is only separated from the bed by a frosted glass panel. TV in the bathroom for when you're getting ready of soaking in the Jacuzzi.

3 Pools to choose from, plus free access to MGM Grand's. Fitness center is small but has everything you need, water and towels. Right off the lobby. Bar and Starbuck's also downstairs along with their signature deli.

People complain about it being "off strip" but that's we like about it. About a 5 min walk (on moving walkways) into the MGM Grand. When you've had enough partying/gambling/smoking you could escape to the Signature for the night (or day).

As with most other Vegas hotels now, there is a daily resort fee. Valet parking is free, but please tip these guys as they are very cordial. They make me feel like a whale when they address my wife and I as "Mr. and Mrs. (last name)".

Very quiet sleep as again, it's not on the strip.

Room Tip: Stay in floors 10 and up to get a balcony. Also, stay in the strip facing rooms to gauge the pool cr...

As part of our holiday in the US in Sep/Oct last year, our family visited Las Vegas and stayed at the MGM Signature.
As soon as you walk through the doors (a doorman opens the door for you!) you are greeted with a pleasant scent. Check in was quick, and there was no need for us to haul our heavy luggage all the way to our room - this was done by a staff member.
Our spacious rooms were towards the top of Tower 2. As a family of five we shared two rooms. If my memory serves me right, we had a Two-bedroom Suite and a Deluxe Suite, which are able to be joined together by closing the double doors.
In the deluxe suite there is a large kitchen with two bathrooms and a bedroom with a desk, featuring a pop-out TV - something you would expect in a 'James Bond' film!!
The only negative I can think of in our stay are the closing times for the pool, which I think could be slightly extended.

Overall, this hotel is AMAZING. We want to visit Las Vegas another time just for this hotel! I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Las Vegas.

Stayed here recently for a work meeting that was in Vegas.
It is always a lot of trips back and forth to my car so I was looking for a place that isn't a 5 mile walk from the room to the car (like at Aria!).
Glad I tried The Signature!
Even tho it is at the MGM, it has it's own gated entrance off the side street. When you check in with the guard at the gate he will direct you to which tower your room is in.
Each tower has it's own complimentary valet parking. There is no self-park.
I'm not normally a valet parking type of guy. But at this place it works nicely.
They are really quick to get your car for you.

I had the studio suite at a killer rate of $95 a night (plus a resort fee) !?
The room was large with a small kitchenette area and a huge bathroom.
I wish I would have upgraded to the 1 bedroom suite with the balcony. I will definitely do that next time.

It is a short walk thru an inside corridor to the MGM.
It connects right near the food court and restaurant area of the MGM which is nice if you want to walk over to get something to eat or a fro'yo.
There is also a Starbucks and cafe restaurant at the Signature.

There is no minibar or even bottled water in the room which is a bummer, but at least there is a fridge so you can bring some water up to the room.
The $20-$25 resort fee is kinda steep too.. you have to add that into the price of the room!

All in all... I liked this place and would go back again, especially for business or when you are in the mood for a more mellow hotel in Vegas.
I liked it much better than the Four Seasons!!

Room Tip: rooms near the elevator are loud. mine was very close and it actually had a double door you could cl...
