I loved the fact that the Signature resembles the trump for a fraction of the cost. The distance from the strip was not bad at all. Tower 3 puts you closest to the strip while tower 1 puts you right near the MGM. Rooms were very nice. However I wish they would have accommodated me better when I requested a late check out. Every other hotel that I have stayed at helped with this request.

Room Tip: Tower 3 puts you closest to the strip while tower 1 puts you right near the MGM.

two blocks off the strip, this condo/time-share/hotel set of three towers, connected by long, long walkways to the MGM Grand, features suites with kitchenettes, and corporate robots instead of front desk staff. service can be abrupt, if available at all, and the resort fee of $28.00 incl. tax per day is a rip-off. undisclosed during prepaid bookings at Vegas.com, one is forced to accept it at check in, and it offers very little: one small packet of coffee in the room, two bottles of water which never appeared during a five day stay despite promises, and internet access. the latter is horrible, with connections dropped constantly, at times not available at all, and every time it is, one needs to log in again; not even mentioning the speeds reminiscent of the days of dial up.
considering that all major hotels offer free, and good, wifi to all visitors, even non-guests, in lobbies and casinos, this is even more galling.

although parking is free, as it is these days all over the strip, everything else is outrageously expensive. rooms appear to be comfortable though, with upscale bedding and large bathrooms.
no noise insulation against hallways and adjoining rooms can be a problem though.

better deals can be had in the major strip hotels, gaming and non-gaming alike.

Room Tip: the higher the better

I have been to Vegas many times and I wanted to celebrate my retirement with my coworkers. Our travel agent suggested the Signature Suites at the MGM and we were very surprised how accommodating and nice the experience was. There were 8 of us who traveled together. So, we had 4 in each of our suites - 2 suites. Our bell person - Josh - in Tower One - made our arrival very nice. We were hoping to have 2 suites on the same floor and he made it possible. We did have on-going problems with our keycard in one of the suites and James in maintenance was very helpful. He also suggested places to eat on Fremont St. Thank you, James. Dexter, the concierge, was very helpful in getting our Elvis Cirque du Soleil tickets! We enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Room Tip: Pick a room that faces the strip. You will have a balcony. Tower one is closer to the casino.

My husband and I plus our two kids (6 & 7 y.o.) spent one-night at Tower 2. We spent three nights in Vegas. The only reason we switched hotels was because we had free comp nights at a different place. Otherwise, I would have loved to spend our entire stay at this place.

The entrance to the Hotel is a gated driveway which is monitored by a guard. The doormen and bell hops were helpful and courteous. We were able to check-in early, which allowed us to settle in and relax a bit before hitting the strip.

The walk between the strip and Tower 2 can be quite a haul with two tired kids. But if you aren't going back and forth a lot this really isn't a big deal.

A huge plus to this property is that it is non-gaming so the atmosphere is relaxing and smoke-free. The private pool is wonderful, you don't have the crazy pool party atmosphere. But, when you do want that scene its easily accessible at the main MGM pool.

We didn't plan on using the kitchen amenities, but next time we will plan better and pick up groceries before checking in. The room met our needs all the way around.

Wow! This place was really nice. This was our first stay at the Signature (we stayed at Excalibur and Treasure Island before) and we would definitely return. We were on the 36th floor and had a great view from our balcony. The strip view was incredible, especially at night. We stayed in Tower One and it was an easy walk to MGM in the nice walkways that connect the three Signature towers to MGM. The walkways are all inside and they have the moving walking strips like the airports use. We didn't mind the walk to MGM at all. It only took us about 5 minutes to get to MGM. From there it is very easy to get to NY NY, Excalibur, Luxor, Planet Hollywood and Paris.

The pools were nice at the Towers and you also have access to the pool at MGM (just show your room key). I preferred the pools at the Towers because the main MGM pool got very crowded and it was difficult to find a chair. The Towers have a nice drink and lunch menu for poolside service. There is also a small restaurant in Tower 2 and a bar in Tower 1. We didn't visit either one, but they looked nice.

We used our car a lot to drive to restaurants off the strip (love Roy's!), other casinos, Valley of Fire state park (awesome and worth the drive!) and to Red Rock Canyon. The only option we saw for parking was with the valet. The valet service was great and very fast. We loved it! It really saved us a lot of time because we didn't have to take long walks through parking garages like other hotels on the strip. The front desk was very nice as well.

Late at night they only had the Tower 2 entrance open for valet service, which was very easy and it was a quick walk to our room at Tower 1. All three towers are connected inside. It didn't bother us at all, but if we had the chance to select a tower then next time we might select tower 2. Also, the tower 1 pool was closed when we were there so I had use Tower 2's pool.

The room is wonderful and was clean. The beds were comfortable and I loved the whirlpool tub. It is nice to have the refrigerator in the room and we ate breakfast in the room and ate our left-overs from Hash House as well.

The Wi-Fi was great as well. No problems.

We found a package deal on expedia so we also received two free show tickets (Elvis Viva Las Vegas) through expedia when we booked at least three nights at this hotel. I recommend selecting your choice of a show immediately when you book your package because most of the shows were unavailable when we called to select our show. We were hoping to see Terry Factor, but only the Elvis show was available by the time we called. We ended up loving the Elvis show so it all worked out well.

Like all the hotels on the strip, the rates are much higher on the weekend. We stayed at Marriott's Fairfield Inn during the weekend to save money.

This is a fabulous hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony with a view of the strip when you check-in

We always stay in The Signature because we love its proximity to The Strip whilst being in an apartment with kitchenette. We love the fact you can walk quickly to the MGM Grand and its Casino! And you can walk to both ends of The Strip if you're feeling energetic. We rented a one bed apt and a studio apt. Both were clean but there were some small stains on carpets and a bit of pilling on the sofas. The jacuzzi in the studio apt was faulty but the one in the other apt worked fine. The bathrooms are still lovely - huge and with marble tops. Bath and shower big. Overall floor space is very generous and a family could easily be accommodated in a studio if necessary. We chose to have 2 rooms because we have teenagers and they don't like sharing a sofa bed any more! we would still stay there again because of its location and the value for money.

From the moment we got here, we were reminded why we returned! Awesome 1BR with balcony overlooking the city center! Simply Awesome. Great service, wonderful courteous staff ( No I am not an owner). We were in tower 3, long walk, but after those buffets you need it! Gym was great, pool was nice. Everything clean, house keeping cleaned every single dish we left! Super Quiet. Wife loves it, daughter loves it, I love it. If there is anything to complain about, I would maybe ask them to update the furniture? (but that's just nit picking). Always enjoy the stay! Join M Life, make sure that you have a casino host, plan your trip and find the best deals. Never a reason to pay full price for anything in Las Vegas.

Room Tip: Call ahead, put in your request. Tip well, get to know the staff if you are staying more than a day...
