My fourth visit to this hotel. After spending a week down Las Vegas Blvd at a trade show , the clean air ,soft water and luxury is always welcomed. For those who want some action, the sister property -Mandalay Bay is entered thru a discreet door off the lobby. I find the spa treatments wonderful --and the pool better served every year. I LOVE THE SUNDAY BRUNCH.....two restaurants open for dinner.

Room Tip: depends if you want a mountain or STRIP view --the rooms are all way up in the high 30s so no high...

The Four Seasons in Las Vegas has always exceeded my expectations (which are high). The service is incredible. I have never had a bad experience. The pool, spa and nail salon are top notch. Any meal I have eaten at the hotel as been tasty and well presented. What stunned me is the time I was leaving my hotel room with my suitcase and the housekeeper greeted me by name. Wow!

WOW...we have been to Vegas in the past and stayed in MGM; Bellagio and Venetian. The Four Seasons blows them all away. From the location (much less hectic here) to the overall ambiance. The room was beyond clean, the shower...no words. The staff, from the front desk to our room attendant, very professional and friendly. The pool area is unbelievable. The pool attendants take great care of you all day. There is complimentary car service around town. The Veranda restaurant for breakfast cannot be beat. Four Seasons knows how to treat their guests!

Stay was very nice, employees super friendly. Room very clean and well stocked. Will definitely go back. Used the concierge several times to help us, printed tickets, held our bags on last day and answered random questions about Vegas and surrounding area. Bellman even helped use Uber for the first time.

The Four Season's was a great place to stay in Vegas. We did not want to stay in the middle of the strip because of the noise. We never heard anyone in the hallway or next door to us for the 4 nights we were there. Really nice staff throughout the hotel. Beds are very comfortable.

The concierge staff was extremely helpful with making suggestions on shows and restaurants during our stay. They were top notch employees, they seemed happy in their positions as well, hopefully that means that the hotel also recognizes their great people skills. The cleaning staff recognized us by name and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.

I stayed at the Four Seasons at the last weekend of September, checked out on the day of the mass shooting, sadly to say.

Anyway, the Four Seasons rooms are located on the 35th-39th floors of the Mandalay Bay. There is a separate entrance on the ground level for checking in (right across from the McDonald’s).

Parking: valet is $29/night start charging at 2AM. You can self park @ Mandalay Bay for $20 I believe (parking rate is subject to change). The attendants were awesome. They learn your name upon arrival and never forget. They offered free bottled water each time because Vegas is dry and the temperature was in the 90s.

Room: spacious and clean. Their WiFi is good, and there are charging outlets on each side of the bed. I absolutely love their L’Occitane shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap bar/lotion. You pay for these amenities, and their quality is better than the standard hotel shampoos. The mattress is really good, which is why I paid more because I have scoliosis, and poor mattress will kill my back.

Pool: A must check out. The pool staff knows you. If you ordered a drink and get into the pool, he/she will look for you until the beverage is delivered. They also gave frozen chocolates, which was a great treat on a hot day. I absolutely love the pool.

Overall you pay what you get. If you want to enjoy the pampering and the luxury, stay there. If you have a tighter budget, there are alternatives else where but definitely are sub par to the Four Seasons.
