I had a recent overnight stay at Boulder Station Casino. I have stayed there many times over the last past 12 years, and never had had any complaints, but this time was the exception. I had a meeting that very morning of my checkout, so I had breakfast from room service, and then began getting ready. I turned on the shower, and noticed that the water was well above my ankles. I got out of the tub, unable to bathe for fear that the tub would overflow. I did not have a lot of time, so I called the front desk, and was told they could send up a maintenance person. I explained that I did not have time to wait, and asked what would management offer me for my inconvenience. I was told they would have to get in contact with me, after they verified that the tub was not draining. I never heard from them again, and only got an email to do a survey, which was long, and very time consuming. It took me about 20 minutes to get dressed, pack my things, and run to my meeting. I even showed the housekeeper, who was in the hallway, that the water was still standing in the tub, as I checked out of the room.
